Lotus Hotel  

I use this hotel 4 times per year on each of my business trips. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport and runs a free pick up service The Staff are charming and attentive and the hotel is quiet and peaceful ideal for the busy business person. Very convenient for the Dubai malls, short taxi ride or daily shuttle. Great Indian restaurant within the hotel and a pleasant bar, rooftop swimming pool, small but ok.This is not a luxury hotel but is clean and tidy and represents great value for money in an otherwise expensive city for hotels.

Find it unusual in the modern world that it charges 30 Dirhams per day for internet, but I believe this is common in Dubai.

The Hotel staff, are very friendly & give full assistance to Gust from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, the Rendevous night was enjoyable one, enjoyed watching the show with nice food from chef Anil and worm welcome from Mr. Welson & Hassan. Also not to forget to convey my best regards to front desk staff with thier manager.also I notic the over load on reciption staff during the time of checkin & out, if management would look at this area this will be great.

The decoration of Hotel entrance needs to be upgraded ! however noticed slight change by put fresh flowers it give good impression when we approch entrance.

Nice clean hotel at a great location, not far from the airport (just 4 or 5 metro stations away), but with easy access to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa etc (just 7 metro stops away). Good value for the money.

My room had a door between it and the next room, which meant that I could hear conversations in the next room. I am not sure if all rooms have this annoying feature, or just mine.

The staff were professional and attended my needs without hesitation . I will stay againg at the Lotus as long as they provide a professional staff and clean orderly rooms .

Actually I am a regular visitor to the Hotel, & mostly I visit the Hotel on weekly basis. The Most and worm welcome facing me from the moment I park my car until I get my room gives me good feeling which makes me repeat my visits. Front desk manager Mr. Yasser and his staff gives me very worm welcome, and on night I enjoyed my delicious dinner done by chef Mr. Anil.while I watch the show also not to forget to convey my regards to Mr. Wilson & Mr. Hassan with thier staff for the most welcome in the Rendezvous. Thanks for all.

I liked the hotel,by its cleanliness,good breakfast, bed very confortable, at few minutes of shoping area.Transport from airport and hotel to aiport.

I didn t like the managemente of the hotel,it use bad publicite once my reserve half board and never eating nothing beyond the breafast.I Say to all friends no to make to this hotel with half board.

When I approch the front desk, very good and worm welcome by front desk staff Miss Elle & Miss Humera under the managnet of Mr Yasser Farag. At night I enjoyed my delicious dinner by Chef Anil in Rendezvous with music show, also very worm welcome by Mr Nelson & Mr Hassan which make my night a remarkable one. Many thanks for all people there.

It's getting old... Need renewal and new furniture.

There is a bar at the lobby, there are prostitutes inside.That is a terrible status, all night you can here the cries of girls in the rooms.You can be confronted with a prostitute in the elevator.This hotel is ridiculous for a businessman or family.

The bed was comfortable.

Unfriendly staff. Breakfast the same everyday and of poor quality. No fresh bread. Small bathroom with poor shower. Room was advertised to have a balcony, didn't see one. In-room network sockets broken. Pickup service only once in two hours. Wouldn't recommend going here.
