Located just 330 ft from the Al Rigga Metro Station, Lotus Hotel offers free parking and an outdoor, rooftop swimming pool. Dubai International Airport is 3 miles away. The guest rooms of The Lotus include a work desk and a small sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with an overhead shower and bathtub. Some of the rooms have city views. Lotus Hotel's facilities include a gym, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a business center and a tour desk to help plan day trips and excursions. The hotel is within easy reach of the airport when arriving and departing. There are some good shopping facilities and reasonably priced restaurants in close proximity. The best asset are the staff who are always very helpful. Reasonably priced for the facilities provided.

I use this hotel 4 times per year on each of my business trips. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport and runs a free pick up service The Staff are charming and attentive and the hotel is quiet and peaceful ideal for the busy business person. Very convenient for the Dubai malls, short taxi ride or daily shuttle. Great Indian restaurant within the hotel and a pleasant bar, rooftop swimming pool, small but ok.This is not a luxury hotel but is clean and tidy and represents great value for money in an otherwise expensive city for hotels. Find it unusual in the modern world that it charges 30 Dirhams per day for internet, but I believe this is common in Dubai.

Very good location, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from most malls and downtown. Excellent friendly and attentive Staff throughout, extreemly profesional approach to people there for business. Clean, comfortable accomodation and good value for money by Dubai standards. Food is also first class with one of the best Indain restaurants in Dubai within the hotel. This is my 5th or 6th stay and I will use the hotel for all future visits to Dubai.

The very speedy check in , the complimentary airport pick up and the very helpful concierge Mohammed. There were no eggs for breakfast other than hardboiled.

The cost from booking.com was very reasonable. Although the hotel was old, yet it still had required essentials. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. Acceptable fitting room & equipment. The lobby was old-fasioned. The hotel (rooms, corridors) was rather old and corridors was old and smell old and somehow bad. But the room was ok (208).

The staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. In particular Jed at the front desk was an "all-star" in the performance of his duties. The room was good sized and I loved having the balcony, which I got as an added upgrade for free. I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai and the Lotus Hotel ranks as one of my favorites. Will stay there again on my next trip!! Bathroom was kind of small and room service was a little slow at times, but otherwise everything else was first class!!!

Lotus is a small hotel near the Union station, even though the building is old but it is well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

location the night club is small and not very good for arab. the loopy is very small. There is no internet free in the loopy as some hotle offer while the internet is to expensive (40 DRHM/hour)

The front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly during my checkin. The front desk staff when I checked out were incompetent. They even had difficulty trying to process my credit card charge. It was a very frustrating experience just to check out.

Location in Al Rigga Street is really convenient. Many resturants, shops are withing walking distance from the hotel. They had me pay 100 AED when I brought a friend of mine to stay with me in the room although the room was spacious and enough for 2 persons! Room carpet has some stains on it. There are some noises outside the room especially during early morning hours.

It suits budget issues, solo travellers.. The staff is frindly.. The location is excellent with all those restuarants and shopd around it. 1- internet is very expensive (40 ade per hour) 2- the gym is a jock.. Very very narrow, bad equipment 3- the night club is too small 4- the hotel in general is small
