The hospitality was good and staff very friendly. On my departure I left my wallet on the couch in the lobby & only realised I mispalced it once at the airport. It had all my cards & a bit of cash. A called the hotel the located the wallet in no-time & dropped it off with me at the airport in 30 mins. This was fantastic and I will always remember this & always go back & support this hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff especially those who sorted out my lost wallet. Many thanks The bathroom shower is in the bath tub with a shower curtain and the bathroom is a bit cramped. I would prefer a little more space and a walk in shower. Otherwise the roomm was good clean & spacious. |

staff was helpful specially the doorman - arrive at 7.00 a.m and the room was available very quickly even the additional bed expected airport pickup which never come- have to take taxi - should give more information about the faciliites and the bar entertainment ( price was very high ) |

Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshments and our reservation went swiftly and there was no extra money we were asked to pay. The hotel is close to Deira City Centre and old dubai (Deira), The area is full of resturants mainly at Riqa Rd and Murqibat Rd. The swiming pool at the roof top wasnt particulary clean and its certainly smaller than what I would expect at my future house. |

the spaciousness of the room The breakfast was very average and lacked in both variety and quality. The location wasn't quite as described, and was further away from the centre than we thought. The bathroom was very squashed. |

Location, comfort and facility. Staffs at the reception desk should be more friendly and approachable. (customer service- needs to be improved eg, recieve the costomer at least with a smile!) |

Hotel location was good. You could easily find so many things. Taxis were also easily available. There was a smell in the room so hotel will need some extra efforts to clean the rooms, I guess. |

I was very impressed with the staff at the hotel, they were all very helpful and friendly. The transfer to and from the airports was excellent and well timed. The service was both professional and friendly. Once again many thanks to all the staff at the Lotus Hotel. |

The Lotus folks do not have a good "wake up call" system in place. I have stayed at the Lotus often, and they always seem to forget about my wake up calls. |
