Most staff were extremely helpful and polite, room was large and clean and the one or two minor issues we had were dealt with quickly Breakfast was very hit and miss and the staff were not helpful here |

The location of this hotel is ideal for the visitors who need to have fast access to downtown;it's near the metro station & a few minutes walking to main squares of dubai; yet our room was very silent.the food was good& we enjoyed the hospitality &politeness of the hotel's personnels. Staffs are nice but a little bit slow in check-in and check out. Toilet is leaking. When we first came in the room it smells cigarette even though the room and floor is non-smoking. |

As a regular visitor to Dubai, I really wasnt impressed with this hotel. The only positive note was the offering of juice and sweets by the reception staff upon check-in. The hotel was very dissapointing. First of all they had us (and other guests) waiting at reception for around 15 minutes until the room was ready. The staff were not very friendly either. Normally in Dubai you are provided with complimentary water in the mini bar or fridge. Here there was none, which I never realised until checking out. Not a major cost, but the principle annoyed me. The room and bathroom has nothing positive to say about it. Upon checking out they wanted me to wait until they checked the room. A point I hate with this type of cheap hotel in Dubai. In general I will not recommend this to any of my friends or family for when they visit Dubai. As a cheap hotel I would prefer other places before this. |

Walking distance to FastFood restaurant and shopping mall. The City Tour offered by one the hotel staff was really unsatisfaction. 3 of us booked the Land Cruiser for the City Tour with the aggreed amount. Unfortunately we have to share with the mature couple. The bad things 2 of us have to seat at behind (where we cant see anything from the window) and we still have to pay with the same amount earlier. Another one, if we take 2 tour (City Tour & Safari Tour) we should have the best price (package) but this is not happen. This happen because thier offer is not from the hotel company, just engage from outside friends. |

We were warmly welcomed on arrival. Staff were professional and helpful. We had no idea what we would be doing for three days in Dubai, but the staff were wonderful in advising the best possible way to maximize our time. We had such a great time that we can't wait to go back. Everything was faultless. However, the opening hours of the pool and jacuzzi could have been extended till midnight, because on most nights we did not get back to our hotel until after 10.30pm. |
