Double bedroom suite booked, single bedroom offered on the promise of an extra bed upon arrival. Room had not been cleaned or made up when given the key. Several requests on the extra bed were made, was given mattresses with no undersheet, no pillow and one blanket. Attempted to have a shower to find the entire roof leaked when the tap was turned on. In 25 years of extensive travel it is th worst place I have had the misfortune of staying.

1St time staying in this hotel suites. Near by supermarkets and location is not bed., Parking is a bet an issue Al Gaddah Hotel Suites is not bed at all. Time needed to loacte the hotel as no sign or board showing Al Gaddah Hotel Suites.

للأسف لم يكن الفندق بنفس مستوى الصور الموجوده بالموقع بصراحه فندق سيئ جدا ولا انصح احد بذهاب فيه لانه ليس بذاك المستوى واثاثه قديم جدا ومستوى النظافه سئ جدا وللاسف مستوى المصداقيه عندهم بما كتب بالموقع ضعيفه جدا.

أعجبني حجم الغرف والمساحات الداخليه للشقق كبيره عدم الأهتمام بطلبات النزلاء والتأخير وعدم أصلاح العيوب التي بالشقه مثل التلفزيون/خلاط المياه/أبريق تسخين المياه

الاقامه لابأس ولكن كان تصوري افضل من الواقع ايضاء عدم مصداقية بيانات الحجز حيث ذكر ان هناك صالة ترفيه ومسبح ولكن للاسف لم نجد شيئا مما ذكر وهو مغلق وهذا يقلل من مصداقية الموقع pooking وهناك اشياء ارغب بتطويرها على موقع الحجز الخ مع خالص شكري وتقديري لموقع pooking

الموقع جيد و المساحة الداخلية مقبولة عدم مصداقية إدارة الفندق بتوفير الخدمات كحركة السباحة و غيرها وجود حشرات كالصراصير وهو ما دفعني للمغادرة قبل نهاية الحجز عدم لباقة موظف الاستقبال و تعامله بفظاظة

اخترت هذا الفندق لسهولة الوصول اليه ايضا امكانية الحركه الي وجهات متعددة بسهوله الفندق سعرة مناسب ومريح للاقامة فيه الملاحظات هي :الغرف كانت غير جاهزة مع اني حاجز بالنت وسكنت في غرفه للمدخنين مع اني طلبت غرفه بدون تدخين وبعد نصف ساعه جهزة الغرفه الثانية وكانت افضل من السابقه كل هذه ليست تقلل من الفندق وخدماته فهو كما اسلفت طيب ومريح وسوف يكون اختياري في الاجازات القادمقة

spacey flats , , فندق سيء من حيث الخدمةو الرائحة الكريهةو الاثاث بالي لم توفير حتى مناشف the service is very poor and you need to call them several times to get a towel, this is a poor hotel, poor service, furniture is dirty and old, not recommended for stay and the price is not compatible with the poor quality

The price and location met our needs, and it was reasonably priced based compared to other similar hotels. We rented a 2-bedroom suite, which had very high ceilings and was quite cool. The receptionist required us to pay in cash, and did not accept any credit cards. The receptionist asked us to provide a passport as collateral in order to avoid paying a 100% deposit in cash. Ultimately we were able to provide merely a driver's license as collateral, but the fact that we could not use a credit card and were requested to pay in advance and in cash was very disconcerting. We had no real issue in this case, but it was unnerving and highly unusual. Also, the bathroom window did not close all the way.
