I had asked for a top floor room with a view and thats exactly what I got - well done. Staff was polite and much quicker than other hotels. Clean room, good quality channels, etc There was a strange smell in the bathroom but I guess these are teething problems with the newly opened hotel |

The place is near in some of the most famous shopping mall in Dubai like Burjuman Mall and Dubai Mall Pillows are too soft, can't sleep with that |

Friendly and ready to serve staff that helps guests to make enjoyable the sejourn. nice and clean rooms; very good breakfast with enough diversity of food only 2 elevators not enough for the crowded period (brekfast time); waiting time for a coffee in the breakfast time could be sometimes 30 min (not enough pots or not well orgaanised distriburtion?} |

Elia restaurant was excellent.....faultless! The reception staff are moody and the hotel only has two lifts. |

The location was very good, not far from Bur Dubai and the Burjuman shopping Mall. The views from the 18th floor were brilliant, looking to the Creek and along Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel offers valet parking for your car, which is excellent, as the hotel is surrounded by public pay and display parking. The Tirquaz restaurant offered value for money, and the quality of the food was good. The Music Room was most enjoyable with live bands playing. Whilst the location of the hotel was good, it is set back from the main road, and hailing taxis can be a bit of a problem at busy times of the day. However the front door staff were very good in this respect. I would have preferred a walk in shower to the huge bath, and although there was a shower attachment, the water tended to spray everywhere except in the bath! |

Central location from where you can get anywhere quite easily. Surrounding buildings block sun to the pool area. Mediocre service in the breakfast room. Only two lifts in a hotel this size. |

The staff was friendly helpful and courteous. the bathroom was spacious and very well planned so was the suite.Breakfast was sumptuous and lavish.only negative was the view of a graveyard but that also can be a blessing in that it makes one turn philosophical when looking at the opulence of Dubai and I suddenly the words- " dust thou art to dust returnest came to my mind. no. on the whole it was a nice experiance. typically my need for indian vegetarian food remains only half met like everywhere else . |

Nice, friendly and service-minded staff. Good food and excellent choice of house wine. To lite with two elevators, but nothing do do about. Part of the day shadow at the pool area. My be an idea to joint with free shuttle bus that are leaving from Four Point Sheraton next door neighbor. |

Breakfast excellent, attentive staff in restaurant. Lack of lifts to service floors, whilst reception staff were proficient, there are not enough of them, less than impressive check in. |

The reception and other staff were all competent, adequately fluent in English, friendly and helpful. The range of breakfast foods was more than adequate, and the breakfast room and all facilities were excellent. |

Location was good - will be even better when the metro is completed. Room was spotless. Some staff were poor. Had to ask several times for simple information - ie car hire/bus routes. The 'music room' bar and restaurant was a cheap 'pick up' joint - I would not recommend this property for families. We felt quite uncomfortable when we went to eat in this bar. |
