The location of the hotel was excellent and the breeze was like as if they had switched on a giant blower the climate was brilliant. The hotel was indeed a memorable one for us. I regret to inform the food at the hotel was sad and not good at all. Believe it or not I had lunch at caravan restaurant at al ain mall and it's was just simply delicious I expected the food at the hotel to be better than that but sadly it was like some prisoners food served to us.

Hotel is nice for a week end break specially for families. Unique in its location and services offered are not bad The food is too expensive and not worthed the 300 aed + we paid me and my wife for a buffet dinner. They should lower their prices and make a better quality of food. Knowing that there's no competion around and the closest restaurant is maybe 30 kms away I would suggest to avoid some how to eat in their restaurant.

The location was perfect for our needs as it was intended to be a relaxing weekend away from the city life. The hotel provided a restful time and with live evening entertainment. We both enjoyed it very much and have recommended the hotel to friends.

The location, the pool and the staff were great. Even when there was a mix up at our dinner booking they fixed it very quickly. Also the food and drinks were not too overpriced for a hotel on top of the mountain but it is worth bringing some snacks with you especially for the kids. We all had a very relaxing weekend away. The room card activated elevators could be a little temperamental but they do provide added security.

We chose the hotel for its location. It is located about 2.4km from Top of Jebel Hafeet. Our balcony overlooking swimming pool and Al Ain City. Nice scenery at night. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room spacious enough. Bathroom is well-equipped. Good amenities. Swimming pool and playground is a plus. No lifeguards in swimming pools at night.

Enjoyed our stay at Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet. Nice view of the mountains from the room. Loved the ambience. There is a long queue at the reception desk while at Check in & Check out. Hotel should employ more front desk staff in order to make sure that guests dont spend more time waiting to check in & check out.

everything was ok; I would like also express a special remarks and compliment to the lady in charge of the Spa, Madame Maria, for her kindness, easy manner and professional services; I will be happy if you can pass my comment to the Hotel management I did not like at all the breakfast served in my room; poor quality of the food as well the quantity of the same!!

The view is its only strength. Although only from 2003, this hotel seems like it was build in the late 70s. Very outdated decor and design. Would not stay here again regardless of the price.

Great location away from city. The staff advised that a better rate for bed & breakfast can be had by booking direct and not using "booking.com". Only the room rate is available on the web site. They were not willing to change this and the costs were to our account.

Well located on the Jebel Hafeet. Nice view on the desert. Good facilities for families. Some outsider leaving in Al Ain and spending the day in the hotel were drunk and noisy at the bar of the pool.

The hotel staff were nice and friendly we have made the reservation on the wrong date and arrived by night. Reception manager provided us available room for the same rate. It was my wifes birthday and I paid for cake mentioned exact time on reception when I need it in our room. When we came to the roomthere were no cake, they just forgot to deliver it to the room... But everything discluding it was fine.

The location is spectacular, views magnificent. All food and beverage is expensive plus there is an additional 16% added to everything making a small bottle of water almost 3 Euros. As there is nowhere else to go for meals they make the most of their captive audience. Prepare to double your spending as all meals and drinks have to be bought at their high costs. Alcoholic cocktails were little more than coloured lemonade.
