The location of the hotel was excellent and the breeze was like as if they had switched on a giant blower the climate was brilliant. The hotel was indeed a memorable one for us. I regret to inform the food at the hotel was sad and not good at all. Believe it or not I had lunch at caravan restaurant at al ain mall and it's was just simply delicious I expected the food at the hotel to be better than that but sadly it was like some prisoners food served to us.

Hotel is nice for a week end break specially for families. Unique in its location and services offered are not bad The food is too expensive and not worthed the 300 aed + we paid me and my wife for a buffet dinner. They should lower their prices and make a better quality of food. Knowing that there's no competion around and the closest restaurant is maybe 30 kms away I would suggest to avoid some how to eat in their restaurant.

Location is excellent, very tranquil. The hotel rooms are lovely - we had 2 adjoining ones. The food outlets are all quite poor. While buffet breakfast is adequate, the availability of a good restaurant for a family evening meal is poor. We have previously eaten at the Belvedere and were very disappointed. This time we ordered room service which filled our stomachs but was pretty poor quality.

It is the only hotel at the Jebel Hafeet, that it the only reason we stayed there. The hotel was filthy dirty, there were half used drinks in the mini bar that the hotel wanted to charge us for, the quality of the food is poor, there is a construction site next to the pool.

Very clean and beautiful location. The breakfast is very good and has a good varity. For the third person in the room, you can ask for a matress instead of the extra bed. Extra bed is 100 AED, whereas extra mattress is free of charge. There is an outdoor restaurant which has a beautiful view of the mountain. It is only open for lunch, but not for dinner.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, the hotel rooms were old and the facilities looked all worn out. The mattress and pillows need replacement I got a stiff neck for 2 days and I had to get medication. The hotel is over priced and so is the breakfast (70 AED). I will not return to this hotel again. The reception staff were horrible. Wrong choice I made through booking.com.

Location and pool area. Food - tenderloin steak which looked like it had been boiled! Buffet food that was served luke warm and wasn't that pleasant. Shame as the hotel is in such a great spot and has a captured audience - it needs to bring the food up to a much higher standard. It should take lessons from the Mercure in Abu Dhabi. Breakfast was OK.

Hotel is in an excellent location with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel facilities (pool and gym) are good. The food was awful, poor quality and everything was cold, this was in both the main restaurant and "Lawrences". When we ordered wine in Lawrences I think the waiter went to the appropriate country it took so long. The food we ordered also took an eternity and then was very dissapointing. Only one bar area which is very noisy (poor group on one night and a kareoke on the other) so impossible to sit and talk.

staff were friendly. we specifically requested porta cot and also a non-smoking room. we were put in a smoking room and no porta cot. The matter was dealt with promptly but then it was a matter of shoving two beds together instead of having a propper queen / king bed made properly. Feel the outside restaurant should be open longer.

All the staff were first class. We had a big problem as I had booked the wrong night and the hotel was full, but after an hour the duty manager on the front desk had solved the problem and we had a lovely stay thank you. No complaints at all we will be back

Lovely location at the top of the mountain. Great room, very comfy beds, bathtub, minibar and safebox and all the usual trimmings. Nice little "office" in the corner of the room. Ping-pong table, minigolf, sauna and three heated swimmingpools with slides and a great view over Al-Ain. Free wifi in the lobby (ask for password at reception). Internet in the room (wifi or cable) is 35 Dh an hour! - that's an outrage nowadays! There is free wifi in the lobby, so why not in the room? Otherwise a very great hotel.
