reception is too busy so need to add extra support for reception bell boy is not smily and looks in difficult posture, hotel staff seems to be more cooperative to europian people rather than asian people so staff need to be attentive to each guest equally |

Free bottle of wine, and fruit....nice touch They provide free coffe in lounge, but you have to pay for cappochino or double expresso at full price......could they offer them at a reduced rate? |

It is a quiet place in a quiet street very close to the city centre shopping center, 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Easy to take a taxi. It is a good hotel to be. The hotel has a shuttle to bring you to the airport but it is expensive 50 dirhams per person and it is better to take a taxi. |

From the moment I arrivedI was treated like a VIP,upgraded room without asking and a free shuttle bus to airport in morning,the bar was good value and relaxing,staff very helpful and the manager was very good also,all round superb Hotel. No all good. |

Friendly Yes, I was charged for the Breakfast and it was all included into the bill. Therefore, I had to pay for two days I ate breakfast plus the hotel stay |

I asked via e-mail for the shuttle from the Airport. Never got any reply back. Had to call them.It apperared, that the shuttle price was more, that the taxi price. |

the room is spacious and of good standard. The staff are wonderful despite it was odd hours ( as I was checking out early to catch my plane). having large flat screen tv is certainly a plus. I think providing some drinking water free of charge should be a norm as in most other hotels. |

Good location near the metro Definitely not a 4 star, more like an average 3. The entrance/exit is a disaster, the lobby is too tight and too much noise from outside. Very expensive Internet access and They charged much more than the time I really used. However 500 meters in Al Ghurair Centre there is free internet access. |
