I think the worst of the hotel is the parking. The entrance is very difficult but almost impossible to exit. But overall the hotel is very well in terms of value for money. It is clean, good room and very friendly staff |

convenient location, accessible to different mode of transport. the hotel staff need to be trained to know more about Dubai so that they could provide valuable and accurate information to tourists, |

The fact that I had to pay 30 dollars a day to have access to Internet service was very annoying. I would certain anticipate that there will be internet serivce for the guest at no cost in todays age. Also the lobby is too tight and no privacy. |

Definately not a 4 star, more like an average 3. Good location though, also breakfast was good. Very expensive to gain access to Internet. However many Internet cafes within walking distance at a much much cheaper rate. |

Good location. Room clean. Breakfast is OK, even if not too much chiose if you stay there for 4 days as I did Couldn't open the window (under maintenance, but was not true). Bad smell in the room. Too much noise from outside (but not hotel's fault). On the web the hotel appears to be much better, some pictures were modified to attract clients. |

the location of the hotel and it is not on the main street so we cannot here some nois the internet is very expensive, most of hotels internet is free, under your hotel is an internet cafe that one hour internet is 5 AED but your hotel is for one hour 100 AED, it is too much |

not very much it was poor value for money; it smelled like a cheap brothel; they wanted $15. per half hour for internet; they charged more than $200 for a room and yet charged $1.50 for a local 1 minute phone call. I try very hard to avoid places like this. |

The location was good for exploring the Deira side of Dubai, the staff were very helpful and provided a wheel chair for my wife who had fractured her leg whilst on holiday in Oman. A little bit dated and could do with a facelift but still comfortable. |

i liked the staff services. the hotel was location is near to shopping centres and the room i stayed in was quite. it would have been better if the cheking out time is adjust to flight schedule so for those with their flight after 1400 they will be allowed to stay in room till the flight time and may reasonable fee could be applied. |

I liked the welcoming smiles of the staff, I liked the space of the room, furniture and equipments. I liked the swimming pool and the good care of the person incharge there. I didn't like the parking area, I've to ride the stairs up to the G.F, then take the lift up to my room, while its easier if the lift is at the parking. Or you can create a special lift from the parking to the ground floor if its hard for the existing lifts to reach down the parking area. |
