Metropolitan Deira Hotel  

I liked the pool area which was clean and well shaded if required.

I found the staff unwelcoming, unfriendly like robots, only did what was required of their job nothing else, no interaction with hotel clients. The photos of the rooms on the hotel website/Booking.com are not like the actual rooms in the hotel. Colour tones are cream,gold and honey colured wood and very basic white sheets turned into quilt covers and filthy lounge chairs in the room.

Poor quality of service. Restaurant in 2nd floor extremely poor quality, no sevice, high price.

Nothing specific but in general you cannot compare it with other 4-3 stars hotel in Dubai , I have seen a lot of hotels with the same price Better than it

accomodations very comfortable, staff very friendly ready meet my requests, Buffet meals offered variety, desk staff answered my questions about many things, cleanliness is very important to and i observed it is important to this hotel, location and price will bring me back, bar and restaurants very comfortable and accomodating

The availability of TV channels are very limited, do not cater to Asian travellers.

The pictures on the internet did not even remotely reflect the hotel as it was a poor underachieving hotel at best we cancelled our next reservation there.

Food prices are very expensive and breakfast cost was taken seperately which was presumed to be included in the tariff charged during booking.

It was fine, rooms are large and it was good value for money overall.

The hotel had not received the amendment to the booking from booking.com and this took some time to sort out at midnight when I arrived. The pool was only open 8am to 7pm, which is useless if you on business. I didn't get to use it once in 4 nights stay. Wasn't keen on the singing quality in the Irish bar. This was very smokey also
