It was my birthday they suprice me with fruit basket that was nice surprise

No WFI in the rooms and at loby you have to pay , in such a big Hotel should be free WFI for hotel guist

There is no wifi in the room and the Internet is expensive.

The prize is good in comparison with other hotel

They dont respect their gusts privacy I have faced one thing when the room cleaner open our room door in the late night without asking permision inspit of I put the notice on the door plz dont disturb us and when my wife wake me up he run away and talked with the reception they told me they would contact the maneger and I waited for one hour nobody give apologize about that they did not do any thing its realy bad idea to stay in like this hotel next time

Location, price and being 5 star hotel. Location is good close to Diera, Restaurants, Shopping Areas (not big malls). They upgraded my room because the Deluxe room I was given was not clean enough. So, that was a plus. Back Street shisha in the hotel was really nice and clean. It is not expensive considering how clean it is. I would say average 50 AED for one shisha with a drink. Price for the room was less than $ 100 which is not bad considering all the pluses of this hotel.

1. I had the change the room becuase the original room was not clean. 2. Service is slow. 3. Valet Parking takes time to bring the car. 4. The shower in my room was not good. 5. The scale in the bathroom in my room was not working. 6. Delay in getting the customer request fullfilled, you have to follow up with them sometimes several times. 7. Wireless WIFI was weak, too weak to connect. 8. I felt this is not the expected level of service from a 5-Star hotel. But, it was reasonably priced, so that kind of lowers the expectations.

It's really nice price for 5* Holel. Very polite and friendly service and professional crew. Nice rooms. Good location.

Some problem with cold/hot water in shower. But it's only one problem in this hotel. that's all.

location , design , room ,stuff,its all

I liked the common areas like the main hall, the Nautilus and the lifts! The Sketch bar had magnificent food (and I'm French) for the price. The 60cm pool is a delight for young children and the bar on the rooftop is very nice.

I found the "superior room" quite small for a 5* hotel and there was quite a weird smell like still water or something in vicinity of the room. Again, for a 5*, we could have expected a bit better in the changing rooms of the Nautilus. The lockers had no keys and the showers were average. Nothing disturbing for that price but well, who gave the 5 *? The TV signal was quite poor and some French channels appeared to be Italian.

Nice lobby design and artificial waterfall and colors and good bathroom. 15Min walk to Union Metro Station. Restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel.

Unpleasant room view, noisy housekeeping and two staff disturbed me 2 times just 20 min after check-in in a row! For wake-up instead of a simple phone call they sent a guy just to keep knocking on the door! There are easier ways to wake up, aren't there? Poor tv channels quality.

The service is excilent and the staff is very obedient. All the services were remarkable.

Every thing is good. The location is very easy to reach any place.

The staf is very unhelpful ,i phoned before i come to dubai informing that my flight will arrive 6am and i will have to check in early, also next day i will check out early at 5am ,i was at the hotel 7:30am and the genious duty maneger ordered the receptionist not to check me in before 9am although the room is not ocupied, very helpful and hospital indeed?!

Service in general, Reservation assistance during booking specially from saidah, location close for shopping and resturants.

My only comments is that I was staying in non smoking room 619 and I could smell cigarette smooks from the pillows and bed sheets.
