Car park service Not sensitive for different visitor or guest, we book supperior room where has kings bed, they know we have two people, but only provide one teeth brush and slipper. |

proximity to down town and shopping area, spacious room area and good room service The music of the Arabic night club was heard in the room clearly every night, very loud and up to 3:00 AM which made soem discomfort. |

I am regular customer of this hotel and always my first choice in Dubai, comfort like home.It’s Location , humble staff and Shopping centers and Air port just 5 minutes drive. Good value of Money I insist to provide Tea pot in room as i love some time strong coffee and some time light |

Hotel location is good, and in terms of mattresses in the room good but the service and reception was not in the required level of the hotel 5 stars hotel and thank you Yes when I got to the hotel in time late of the night to take a long time to give me the room and extradition proceedings Aghaffp complex and asked them to be out of the hotel in time to a few late at 3 pm did not give me like a very bad reaction in the deity of the Philippines. |

Combination of style and luxury and a caring place for guest.Hotel location is ideal in main city where feeling of isolation from the world is less possible ,only (5) mint. Quiet, good location, swimming pool, reasonable price and service; decor not too overdone or pretentious as often in Dubai. Charge for internet connection, no wi-fi in room, charge of 1 € (yes one euro) per page if you print anything at the business center. not much, the roof top pool is a good idea but needs improving as it is old and dated and in poor condition. The staff we the only good point for me helpfull and kind. the bed was like stone it was that hard and gave me a bad back! |

I will never stay again at Metropolitan Palace dubai, it is just not worth as being classified as a 5 star, the level of service, the ambiance, the hotel policies, all are just not upto the 5 star hotel mark, |

nothing I like during my stay and I had hard tolk with staff to change room. Saff are not tarined to satisfy the guest and donot know how to please their suctomers. Also the Internet rate is so high |

This Hotel always give me a feeling of freedom and affection and it is my first choice in dubai, the staff is very friendly, Hotel Location is ideal, near to Air port and shopping mall on 5 minutes drive It is recommended to have arrangement of making Tea/Coffee in the room, Cuz every one like to drink his tea or coffee the way he like some time strong some time light etc. |
