It was at the center of the business district in Dubai. Booking.com says that included in the package was a free entrance and roundtrip transport to Metropolitan's sister hotel in the Jumiera beach. In fact, the hotel says that the free entrance and transport to the beach hotel is not applicable to those who book with booking.com, and I was only informed about this after the fact. I had to pay an additional aed70 for this. Those who book through this site should be warned. |

Nothing I like in this Crap Hotel, expect they are 7 mints far from DXB Airport. I like nothing there,, everything was crap, the Staff are not expert, the Rooms and location of the hotel is awful, hotel is dirty and old, a lot of Night Girls comes over the hotel and seems the hotel allow such things in such Islamic county without control. The Hotel is a kind of disaster, never go to this hotel if you need to enjoy the days in Dubai..... I sent a formal Complain to Habtoor's Group Top Management explaining this Bad Experience.. |

Value for money as an Executive room guest. Best feature --staff -- friendly and welcoming -- personal touch -- they knew us by name. Nothing was too much for them to do for us. A totally relaxing ambiance. This city hotel is the best you can find in the area. We will always stay at this hotel when in Dubai. Nothing can be faulted at the Metropolitan Palace Hotel Deira , -- everything there fine but your sister hotel at Jumairah Beach -- swimming pool visit -- using Metropolitan Palace shuttle --- still everything too impersonal, too factory like, too big -- as on our visit last year |

this is my 1st experiece with Metropolitan hotel, I could not get the room after 2 pm also could not get three rooms in the same floor as I booked all room for my family. I did not have good impression on my 1st experience. bathroom, especially shower does not have strong flow, parking, nearby shopping |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooftop pool was heated. The complementary mineral water and fruit bowl as provided in a deluxe room didn't appear until the 2nd evening and was never replenished. Towards the end of the stay the blanket on the bed was removed. Never get the hotel taxi to wherever you are going - they charge at least 15 dirham more than you would normally pay. |

The hotel was close to many malls and other attractions, the staff are friendly but it took them time to make my room ready when I first checked in. The amount of the deposit was little bit high |
