The hotel is well priced in the Dubai market. It needs to spend more time looking after their guests and not just the money that they will spend in the hotel. Example, paying up front prior to using hotel services is not the way to go. |

Always easy to find, reasonable staff. Good value accomodation. Only a year ago it cost twice as much. Italian restaurant staff need a leason in: a) Italian Food b) English c) Good Manners d) Common Sense |

All staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle to / from the airport and also the exhibition was function very well. To me, the carpet in the room looked rather used. What I personal missed was an Arabic restaurant with local food. |

The staff is very welcoming, discrete and reactif. the shuttle service to the beach and to the airport is what I appreciated a lot as well. Yes, just a small thing: there is no cold water in the taps. I was upset about it because I always wash my face in cold water, and I rince my hair in cold water as well, always (as many women do). So I found it a bit uncomfortable...But for men it might be ok. |

Staff were friendly and efficient. Availability of taxis outside was good. Red Lion was enjoyable. Took a long time for a coffee and sandwich to arrive mid morning. Door to access the mini bar was broken in a exec room on 5th floor. Towel had hole in. |

The price was comparatively acceptable. We did not appreciate that the club was riddled with working girls, boasting three popular night venues, there was a significant change in clientèle after dark. This is NOT a family hotel. |
