Staff were friendly and efficient. Availability of taxis outside was good. Red Lion was enjoyable. Took a long time for a coffee and sandwich to arrive mid morning. Door to access the mini bar was broken in a exec room on 5th floor. Towel had hole in. |

The price was comparatively acceptable. We did not appreciate that the club was riddled with working girls, boasting three popular night venues, there was a significant change in clientèle after dark. This is NOT a family hotel. |

Beautiful from the moment you walk inside. Great facilities. Enormous pool. Great bars with outdoor garden areas. There's a lot of different areas to be in this hotel. It's on a really large plot of land in the middle of the city and it's lovely just to walk around. Great breakky. Will definately stay there again as we go atleast once a month. |

While booking, there was no mention to bring along passports or any identity.This needs to be incorporated in the system so that visitors within UAE are not caught stranded. On the whole quality is good |

The availability of a Free Shuttle bus to Emerites Mall and to the Airport was my primary reason for choosing this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of both the room and restaurants. I did not mention that it was my birthday, but to my surprise I received a birthday cake and chokkies in my room on my special day. It is these unexpected things that make such a hotel special. I did not like: 1. The bed was too hard. 2. The hotel did not provide Hair Conditioner 3. It was a long taxi ride away from the Trade Centre due to road configuration 4. The hotel restaurants were very overpriced |

Excellent breakfast Hotel reception staff were not very freindly or even particularly polite. They were almost agressive in how they greeted us and checked us in. Their lack of trust when checking out rearding the mini bar and having to wait 15 minutes while someone checked the content of the mini bar was unacceptable |

the hotel had many good facilities ....gym,swimming pool , pub,restaurant etc. free internet should be provided in rooms and a better frequency of shuttle service to shopping malls and beach etc , otherwise you need to use taxis and they can be expensive. |

We had dinner one night at the seafood thai restaurant and the staff was excellent. They were very professional and friendly. Charisse was very helpful and friendly. She helped make someone's birthday very special. There were no plugs in the bathroom in order to use the blow dryer and we had to ask for a converter and it was located in an inconvenient place and kept falling out of the wall making it very difficult to use |

Noise from club. Noise from outside restaurant. Noise transfer within rooms and corridor. Very low celing on level 5. When you ask for a no smoking room, you don't get one...the website is very correct. |
