Location close to the airport and city center.Good location and now the pool is finished a bonus. The staff in Biggles are the best!

Smell of damp,and the rear rooms have to listen to the music from the bars.The rooms when kids are crying are also very thin.

- Internet Wifi very costly compared to other hotels. - While having brakfast outdoors, cleaners were washing the floor.. bad timing (9 am). - Internet charged at business club.. that was very disapointing and unexpected charges.

Service was not perfect , Had to go to front desk everyday several times to ask the staff to re configure my room key , which was annoying and even I complaint several times , they laughed and done nothing . Also on day of arrival and after I went to my room , they gave the room to other person who opened the door and entered the room with their staff carrying the luggage and they never apologised

The price start increases and changeable from day to day, I request bathrobe before booking and didn’t get that till I asked for it, the room I booked had awful smell and asked to be changed and not worth what I paid for, no internet in the room and the reception going to charge me to get paid internet card, the room including the breakfast and I asked for the breakfast in my room and they want to charge me for that. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all and the service is not that good .

I was told the price of my room ($695) plus a 10-12 % gratuity online and ($1361.10) was charged to my credit card which was almost double! I was told that the amount included a 20% tax that is not told to the customer when booking online. That is totally unexceptable and misleding and I doubt if I will ever book again! Please have management look into booking and I will patiently wait for a response. Thank you, Dwight Nash

The king size bed is small the amenities r under expectation for the price we paid...I had 2 amounts authorised in my card the room rate first time and the second time was the room rate plus the deposit which is calculated per head and the staff there didn't provide a proper answer for the reason

I liked the comfort of the room and the quick service of the staff. The location to the airport was very nice, with free shuttle service.

I did not like that wifi was 50 AED per hour. Wifi should be free for all guests.

Reception, concierge and housekeeping staff were professional and friendly. Rooms are fairly large. Closeness to the airport.

Stayed here because conveniently located next to the airport and I had to catch an early flight.

Cleaners were speaking and cleaning the room in front of mine at 5am. I had to get up and tell them to quieten down.
