hotel is very good in general

when we arrive there the hotel was under renovation.there noise and the pool was close.internet being charged even in the lobby.

I have stayed at the Millenium Airport Hotel twice this year and found the hotel to be of the highest standard. The staff are most helpful and very friendly. The location is perfect for the Airport as only takes 5 mins to get to terminal 3. I live in the middle east and travel to the uk every few months I will reccomend this hotel to my friends. It was a friend who reccomended it to me.

The facility to sleep after a very long trip.

I felt that for my purposes the price was exhorbitant and not worth the money. Why ? Because I only needed a bed and shower to recover from my 17 hours in the air with Emirates. I had also believed that I would get Skywards miles from my stay with you. Whereas overall the hotel appears to be excellent it was not worth the money I had to spend.

Proximity to the A/port is very good & is easy to get to. The hotel arranges a shuttle bus to & from the airport.

The swimming pool area was under a big renovation & I did not know about this before booking

The staff are efficient and courteous and I truly feel as though I am the centre of their world! The rooms are well appointed and very confortable.

Lack of tea and coffee making facilties in my room.

We stayed at the hotel because we had business at Dubai Airport which is minutes away by taxi. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice little pub in the hotel called Biggles that serves lovely meals that are very affordable.

The hotel is in the middle of a building site. The noise from Cactus Jacks was hideous, we were on the 4th Floor and the thumping music kept us awake, I pity anyone that was on lower floors!

The room sizes are great and very quiet. The location is excellent for early morning flights.

the room size is really quite big and comfort, the bathroom is fine, the hotel location is suitable to other malls and shopping centers.

there are a lot of things missed but it really makes a huge of difference in hospitality, such as: there is no teeth cleaning setup, the is no swimming pool, the TV is very old and small, The TV channels is boring, the service is fine but not to the competitive level.

Friendly service, nice pub downstairs, and good restaurants inside.

Helpful staff,spacious rooms

Noisy night club can be heared at 4th floor for Rooms located at opposite side of the main road,we had to change our room for this reason.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and always ready to help and advise visitors.

Nothing, they are still constructing the pool which I was not aware about. To get a drink from the mini Bar you had to phone for a key, diabolical.
