First the location of the hotel was very good, the view on the lake , not far from Dubai airport, The only problem that I faced that I have to pay 2 days extra as deposit for my 2 night, and they did not accept my debit card (Master card) as guarantee, this made me uncomfortable. |

the view @ hotel,handling the problem of the room,thier fast service the fact that the room was non smoking ,not enough towels and water was very week,upon arrival the man @recepction was not very good but the duty manager handled situation very well |
