the location is great The club lounge is all the time empty and no food. Also no bodies service you. You have to call the reception to send you someone to give coffee or tea. I think staying in club room is the same as normal room. |

Location Staff was not that helpful, they didn't gave us a queen/king bed as requested, however they joined two single beds beside each other to become one bed for me and my wife, and when we asked them they said there is no available rooms with such a bed |

From the start the staff were exceptional. Made the stay welcoming and enjoyable throughout. Even after we had left staff made arrangements that my husband's laptop, left in our room, was returned. |

I asked to stay in a lagoon view room, which was nice. Three things: Bathroom was leaking and took some time to get it fixed. There was no room available lagoon view with double bed, so joined two singles togather, but was not comfert actually. Also, one of the beds was not comfertable. |

I took two rooms at the 12th floor and had a full view window facing the lake the view was breathtaking. The service and hotel is average. Humidity in the room and smell. |

I thought the pool and gym facilities were good. It was useful that they were open till late too. It was a pity that the Millenium Club lounge was closed for so much of my stay. I understand that this was because it was Ramadan ... but it was a facility I would have liked to have used.The only other negative thing was when my companion and I truned up at 16:32 for the hotel bus back from Dubai and it had already gone (at 16:30). There were only three people using the service so it was disappointing that th edriver did not wait and we had to take a taxi. I think that the driver did not know we were coming, but maybe a message needed to be passed on about who to expect. We were late because the Metro had stopped for about 20 -25 minutes at a station. |

It is a wonderfull design and very nice place.But this hotel is no more maintained as before.try to do best for this 5 stars hotel. The mosaic of the bathroom (wall) was dirty and i noticed that it was very easy to remove these black dirts but nobody tried to do it . |
