Large, spacious room, friendly staff, wide range of restaurants. Good views from the roof top pool and the gym was small but well equipped.

No free Internet access in the rooms, although you could use wi-fi in public areas if you purchased something.

The hotel was furnished nicely. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel. By Italian standards, I think it would deserve 3. The rooms were not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The lobby is noisy and unorganized. It took 25 minutes to find a taxi to move from the hotel. The position is uncomfortable to do mostly anything. The breakfast room in not clean and is hectic and extremely noisy. Even the christmas decorations were cheap and so different from the style of the hotel that the whole clash of things was annoying for the eye. I hated the hotel.

I was on the 4th floor, and the music on the 1st floor went on till the early hours, very noisy could only get a good sleep after about 3 am.

Location, quite area and easy car parking.

The staff in general were not helpful, not honest and tried to play games. The rooms, particularly bathrooms were not clean.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is excellent and the hotel in general makes you feel comfortable.

Too much noise during early morning hours coming from the construction site near the hotel. Had to wake up early because of this during my last two stays at the hotel. Last time on Friday the 14th of December I was occupying room 1904. Noise coming from the upper floor ( moving furniture) lasted 2 hours from 11 pm up to 1 am morning time. I raised a complaint but unfortunately the noise kept me awake till early morning.......Saturday the 15th

I was booked in a deluxe room,I had arrived early to the hotel. The staff not only checked me in but upgraded me to suite room. That was just a complete surprise gesture from the staff. I enjoyed their spa !!

The Hotel is close to the Walk

I did not like the attitude of the staff. Although they sound and look friendly, you cannot miss the feeling that there is something wrong underneath. Also, the suite I lived in was really dusty. You can see and feel the dust on the tables.

Convenient location for me

The hotel is very noisy. You can hear noises from one room to another. I think you should change the detergent used. It smells Oud very sharp.

The price for the hotel doesnot have any advantages. The breakfast is including in this high rate. Why!!!!! I can pay the same rate with better hotel location and services. The wifi service is not free. Even using the internet to cut the boarding pass is not free !!I I think the best description for this hotel is to collect money as much as they can.

I paid here for 5 nights with breakfast and they made pay twice for the breakfast .. there's not coordination with booking.com and till now they didn't reurn my mony to my visa back .. it was my 2nd visit to this hotel and I recommended it after the forst visit to my friends and family .... but not again ... I won't go to this hotel or recommend it to anyone

Hi Dears I am so sorry to say that the hole is two bad services and the looking to known that
