Extremely helpful Filipino staff.
There are a lot of building sites around. There are no taxis available, all transportation must be arranged by the hotel. No dining facilities in the hotel. Breakfast is served as room service only and other meals are not available at all. Far away from the beach, 20 min by car.
Rate was really hight according to 3stars hotels!!!
Nothing I could like
Paid for breakfast. But not available..Credit card machine not working. .no milk with tea..poor service. The receptionist don't know how to explain the route.not at all value for money..
Bed and pillows rubbish. Ac very cold and if off very hot.
The location first , the web foto' s was mis leading, the pool was in a state and there was no sign of a sona .
The room was neat and clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast was very poor. Not even jam to out on your bread! They served juice, water, milk, some fruit, bread, butter (but no knife to put the butter on!) , and then a cheap Nescafe coffe sachet. The location was horrible! It took me like 20 min to figure out where this hotel was hidden. It was on the middle of an area under constraction, next to a supermarket. There were no restaurants that you can reach walking and don't even adventure to wait for a taxi because it just won't happen! It seems that taxi is not very popular there. All in all, I didn't enjoy my stay there, even if I only stood there for a night because I couldn't stand it any more!
Room was clean. Shower was good. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was cold. A lot of fittings like the shower and hair dryer were loose.
The rooms were tidy and very well furnished. The food was fair, we only had a breakfast
The location of the hotel is very un welcoming. It shares the building with a very poor shanty shopping mall that gives very bad impression to holiday makers. However the pool was very disappointing. It was very small, hardly accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids. If more adults where there it would be like a crowded bus. The pool tiles were coming out of the pool floor which made a considerable hazard for swimmers. The GYM was closed and locked with no staff around to help. Staff couldn't handle payment smoothly as the swap machine was out of order and they had to bring a technician to fix it. Most of all the hotel violated the conditions as they had 20% as hidden charges. I ended up paying 20% more than the fare that I booked for.
This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel
I like the overall setup of the room.
Pool & Facilities are too small.
overall every thing was perfect and unexpected.
The casual atmosphere and friendly Filipino staff
Hard to find in Dibba
Quick access to Oman Border. Rooms are spacious.
Location - Surrounding Area is severely dilapidated and ugly. Map is not true location of hotel - and hotel is hard and confusing to find. Pricey compared to similar establishments
The location is totally not nice and the entrance is not fixed
Rooms are decent, staff are great.
A bit expensive.
All as ok
Wi Fi as very poor of connection
new clean hotel.
all around contructions sites. noises from airconditioning and or from bowling premises upper floors. three star hotel.
Very nice staff, good value for money, large room,
Modest facility for breakfast with limited variety, the fridge was too weak, There is a very close mosque which makes a loud call for prayer at 5AM. Currently there is a lot of construction going on near the hotel
The room is nice enough and there's a bowling alley in the building.
The hotel is very close a big construction site and a mosque so the nights and days are very noisy.
The size of the room and living area
Good size room
The hotel is on top of a shopping mall and there is ten pin bowling in the mall. It was noisy until 11pm and we couldn't sleep. Also the shower and toilet was leaking and the bathroom smelled like urine.
Relatively new hotel, good enough for a short stay.
Added the Booking.com charge Breakfast never came as explained the night before Bowling Alley directly above our room Very expensive for what it is
Difficult to find the hotel as; - tel.no. given in the confirmation was wrong or malfunctioning - map given in the confirmation was missleading - strange entrance location
