The staff where very friendly. The breakfast Buffet. For the general quality of the hotel, I would recommend lower prices. Your Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room need to be updated, especially the jacuzzi which makes more noise than moving water. |

The staff and managment are very friendly and worm in their meeting ,also the view of both the sea and mountains is so beutiful,nice hotel ,a bit expensive but we realy enjoyed it. |

The location is great and food is good It took them 2 hrs to check us in. This killed our day totally especially that we were staying for a single night. A phone call ahead of time informing us of the situation would have been of major help |

I Like the location of the hotel . In the list there is 15min Message for Neck and Sholder ,, but i didn't got this ,, Plus in the request of arrangment i had requested for flowers on all over the Bed which look like Honey moon Room .. But there was only Cup of flower between the Towle heart shape on the Bad and nothing .. In the bathroom there was two candle with some flower.. i am sorry to say but this was very bad that for Just Married Couples it was there first stay gift and the Arrangment not good... the price was very high ,, and the service was not that Good.. |

The staff was absolutely nice, specially filipina so smilling and active. The swimming pool should be cleaned before its opening in the morning. It is not nice to swim among the vacuum pipe. I guess it should be more easy when the water is still. |

Nice location, not far from Dubai apporx 2 hours by car. the pool/kids pool was good beside the nice sea view. I got a pool view room it was good with nice size as well, the LCD TV was nice. bellows was not comfi. |

The hotel is of very great design & location. Very nice decoration.The room service is not that good as they come too much late and don't clean well. I was not happy with the water sport activity. The Pedalo was noe available.To be fair it a very nice hotel overall. |

The hotel is located right at a nice beach and the setting of the rather large hotel is good. Its a good midrange hotel but you should not expect world class cuisine or service. The prices where due to Eid holidays way to high compered to the class of the hotel. In the end five stars only describes the services offered but says nothing about the quality and stile. |

The rooms were lovely, very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A good variety of restaurants. The staff did not show us to our room, which led to confusion as all the rooms are outside around the pool. |
