Hassle free, very near to shopping centers, internet very easy to hook-up, friendly staff.

Basic breakfast, had booked suite but was given studio.

They've put in a room in the third floor and the disco is in the first floor. My bed from 1 am till 3 am was shacking.

Paid internet, old tv set and poor channels, paid airport shuttle service, deduct first day charges against booking.com policy

The room is good for my expections i liked the room is in old fashion style My husband liked it because he can smoke in it

i didn't like the noice that was coming from the hall it was too noice i don't know why

The room was great.A Huge bathroom,breakfast was poor.

Bad tv - very old bed covers & blankets - bad smill - poor breakfast does not worth the money paid

Nihal Hotel is a very nice & relaxing place if you want to have a break at least once in a week after work...Staffs are very accommodating to their guests...Words are not enough to say thank you to Nihal Hotel...Keep up the good work and More Blessings to come...

nihal was a good hotel for anyone visiting Dubai on a budget. It is a decent 3* hotel located in the city area of Deira with plenty on restaurants and shopping options close by. It has 3 clubs/entertainment outlets as part of the hotel. Large and clean rooms with the basic amenities. Good value for money.

The mangement and staff are very cordial, professional and helpful.

The main problem is noisy guests who do not understnad the concept of community living. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there were a group of young men who had loud televisions and they were yelling at each other at 3:00 in the morning. Perhaps a sign (in Arabic and English) should be posted to remind the guests that there are some other people staying at the hottel and they should be respectful of other guests. Ond day, I had trouble getting hot water and in general, it takes longer to get the hot water. The cleaning staff shoudl pay attention to good floor cleaning of the bathrooms. Dr. Matin Royeen

Relatively good value for money for Dubai, very spacious and clean.

TV didn't work, may have had something to do with about 6 appliances being plugged in to one point, or maybe it was just broken. I stayed on the 5th floor but could still hear the music from the nightclub downstairs, great if you want to sing along to the ones you know but at 3 in the morning it's a bit too much.
