very big room, like a apartement! Only tv NOT in sleeping area! old,reception looks like a shop, staff not interested and poor helping. Very noicy, even on the 4e level, because of the nightclub(indian) on first level. |

All staff at the Nihal were most helpful. The breakfast was also enjoyable and varied from day to day. The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in our room although they did have a small cafe in the reception area and room service was available |

The desk were expecting us and already had our paperwork ready for us. They were polite and curteous. Breakfast wasn't that great, their setup and quality of food wasn't fresh as compared to the style of an european continental hotel. |

well the suite was not up to the mark., it said small kitchentte but there was no kitchentte attached to the room; when i asked about it they said tey didn;t have any...truly unprofessional... |

The proximity was excellent, oh the Irish pub is just 50 metres away. The Bell boy? was wonderful and very helpful. The communication was not the best. I left my mobile and it was a huge stuggle to get them to deliver it to the airport. |

Staff were excellent. Room was very big and great value for money when booked via booking.com. Besides that, they offered storage facilities for free so I used it for several hours in order to walk our Dubai. |

Location of the hotel and the staff There is no dedicated car park and so you have to pay for a parking slot if you can find any around the hotel!. |

They have a very friendly and accomodating receptionist at the lobby. Rooms are great but the lighting circuit in the room and the living room was in a single circuit in two-way switch. I can't do something with my laptop with lights on when somebodys resting in the room. Kindle revise to separate the two lighting to be controlled individually. |
