Less than ten minutes away from the airport, this is ultimate convenience, if like me you are only transiting in Dubai between flights. The room was adequate, and the room service as well as the breakfast was fantastic. Transfer service to and from the airport was also a handy bonus. A mixup between the reception and the driver meant that the latter ended up at the wrong terminal even though I had furnished them with all the details of which terminal I would be arriving it. They had precharged my UK credit card (thus I had to pay the bank conversion rate) while I would have preferred to pay in local currency. Staff were polite but could have been a bit more welcoming.

I can say that staff of restaurants are very good, friendly and caring, Swimming pool was out of services for maintenance which should be made evening for example. Moreover night management is very bad they are dealing with guests in ugly manner

Economy The staff at the front office appear to be cheats. They tried giving me a standard room while I had booked and paid for a suite. You had to ask for everything including towels, toiletries, water glasses and tea cups. It is terrible mansgement to say the least.

nihal was a good hotel for anyone visiting Dubai on a budget. It is a decent 3* hotel located in the city area of Deira with plenty on restaurants and shopping options close by. It has 3 clubs/entertainment outlets as part of the hotel. Large and clean rooms with the basic amenities. Good value for money.

The mangement and staff are very cordial, professional and helpful. The main problem is noisy guests who do not understnad the concept of community living. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there were a group of young men who had loud televisions and they were yelling at each other at 3:00 in the morning. Perhaps a sign (in Arabic and English) should be posted to remind the guests that there are some other people staying at the hottel and they should be respectful of other guests. Ond day, I had trouble getting hot water and in general, it takes longer to get the hot water. The cleaning staff shoudl pay attention to good floor cleaning of the bathrooms. Dr. Matin Royeen
