The staff are friendly and helper

It's not clean And there is no carpet The furniture is too old

i was suprized couse i have reserved 3 bed room when i reach the hotel there was another room for housmade this was somthing i dont expect it.

wirless for net was not working hope next time when i came you well be soliving this issue

1/i like the room huge,and comfortable, 2/ good breakfst services 3/ very convinience for tanspotations,and close to the airport,

1-poor internet connections/ accesse, i pay for nothing i was not able to use all my stay, 2.loundary machine does not work properly.

The appartment is big you feel at home,each room has afull washroom , the location is in the heart of Dubai excelent for shopping the service was excellent you find everything you need ,

breakfast was rather simple and tasteless. Internet access varied in strength and reception. No bar area..

Apartment was bigger than expected, clean and noise free.

Receptionist wan not professional and kept us waiting to answer some calls although I asked her few times to finish my check in since I have kids in the car.

Liked the apartment and the housekeeping staff.

As I'm in the hotel industry and have a bacholar in hotel management I say that the front disk staff (I choosen poor becouse of them) are not profissional when it comes to hospitality and talking to a customers and they make me feel that they are the guest not me! Housekeeping staff are good.

The manegar cant solve the problem wth the neghbor apt. Cause the had music loud and stell doing that that next day and we couldnt sleep. The kitchen need improvemnt espically in the first floor apartments.

A few of the facilities were getting old like the bathtub and door knob. It should be replaced

In general, I'm pleased with my stay there.The apartment was huge, the other thing that I liked was the location of the hotel.Moreover,it's the perfect place to stay if you are with your children.

Some of the things in the kitchen. We stayed for 6 days they put only once 2 bottles of water, two packages of coffee, and one coffee cream they are suppossed to supply every day. We stayed there with my baby, I informed them that I will need a cot, but nothing....

the reception was great even i was upgraded. the rooms are huge.

Very central location, Apartments excellent so spacious and spotless, cleaning staff attended every day. Walking distance to metro, and taxi could be picked up outside main entrance very easily

Would have like concierge desk. When we initially arrived to advise us on various location we were looking for did get information but had to keep going back to ask, also shuttle bus was in short supply.

The room was big enough for living. Excellent remedies and very big appartement for comefortness.

The shopping malls were very far from the city center. If you like travelleing on metro then its worth while. Otherwise you will regret travelling.
