we loved our stay in general the size of the unit, the breakfast and the late checkout and mostly the a receptniest named Hakim. He was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you

The size of the swimming pool, it's so small that you don't consider it a swimming pool.

Suits were spacious and nicely designed.

No valet parking service and very limited boring tv channels.

Spacious 3-bedroom flat at a good price. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Very clean. Attentive, friendly staff.

Had to pay extra for WiFi.

wifi is expensive

Room size, furniture, colors, bed size. Food is good, balcony. Near to the market, there are two good Restorant nearby, one on the posit which is QAISAR and the other one is on the same road just posit Etisalat which is ALMISWAR.

The Restorant was small and too crowded. The swimming pool is small and was always full of kids, room service doesn't respond at all.

Cheap shampoo/conditioner/shower gel used. no parking or vallet parking service.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. there were 3 LCD-TVs, one in each bed room and one in the living hall. It had A-jazeera sport cable channels.

1) The swimming pool is very small and shallow (1.4m only). I stayed 3 nights but used it for 2 hours only because water was very cold despite being at 1pm !! 2) there was no microwave in the apartment. so i could not heat the dinner for my children. 3) the kitchen is very small. and despite having an electrical oven, it is strictly prohibited to cook food! 4) the TV has 2 English movie channels only!!! Fox Movies and Dubai One. It was so boring and frustrating for my family that we really regretted our stay. my children just closed it and started playing with their iPad, and then went to sleep because there was nothing to pass time with. 5) the price per night is very high compared with other nearby apartments, and you are not even getting a free WiFi as a compensation. 6) we went for lunch in the hotel. the buffet was very small, and it cost us nearly Dh.100 per person. This hotel might be good for couples who are always outside and just come back for a sleep, but not for family with kids who want to pass time in the afternoon.

The bathroom was not clean, there was urine dirt from the room's previous visitor. The linens of the bed had blood drops. Hair dryer was not working and had to call a technician at 11 pm. Moreover, I asked for a quite room during booking and at the night of our stay, there was traditional music sounds coming to our room. Before we left the hotel, I told the problems with hotel to the front desk manager and he told us he's sorry for all those happenings. But being sorry doesn't solve any problem. Hotel management has to make quality controls, not the customers. I paid a lot of money because we expected Rotana quality but we were disappointed at the end. Not good value for money!

Cigarette smoke in the lobby (it seems you can smoke in the ground floor coffee shop), it's nice having a kitchenette but it would be better if there were a couple of pots - ie it's quite tricky to even boil an egg

Clean rooms, comfortable, friendly staff, breakfast is great.

no free internet, it was charged to our bill. mineral water is very expensive.
