The front desk had reducted the reservation money twice, one through the online rewservation process as so as from my guest. Till date, I couldnt get back my money. |

i like that it is in the heart of the city and so much facilities are there..there is some kind of a friendly atmosphere in the hotel. i didn't like the reception's choice of the room they gave me..may be there is a difference between booking directly or booking thro' BOOKING.COM. i was given for three times a room in the top floors 19 & 20th and the second time was very small room. |

Very well mannered and helping hotel staff Forgot to collect the breakfast slip from thr door. But served within 5 minutes with an apology- Satisfied didnot dleay with our business appointment. |

cleaness of the room, quick check in and check out nice web site the food and room service should be much better, using the standard key rooms is an old system, I recommend to go for swap cards at least they easy to handle and keep on pockects, you should have either reserved parking or valet parking |

Hotel is situated in downtown Abu Dhabi and within close proximity to shopping, business, corniche etc Maybe better smile on front office staff and also the fact breakfast not included in the price |

The staff was very accommodating. I was assisted with parking, internet acccess and directions for my meeting. The limited or no parking. |

Business Hall after getting off elevator was too small and gave impression it was not a worth Novotell interior at all. I beleive it is somewhat like 3 star hotel... If the price may get lower than the normal price, it may be worth it, but with the current price~ I would not want to recommend to anyone... |

For price/quality, this is one of the best solution for Abu Dhabi. It is extremely difficult to find a parking place. Hotel has no valet service. |

the hotel was in a good location, was neat and tidy. was one of the cheapest hotels around but was good quality. the breakfast was amazing. the pool was great. we travelled with kids, 9 and 6 and they loved it. |

The hotel is very centrally located close to the main (non Mall) shopping area of Abu Dhabi. It is within walking distance of the Corniche. The bath was small. |

It was in the center of the town and next to everything and its cheap comparing to all hotels in Abu Dhabi The service was very slow, and the rooms were too small, also the we couldnt get some fresh air as the windows were locked! The lights as well wasnt comfortable as it was sooooo dark in the room ! it made it so hard to read ! no parking space! |

We found the staff very friendly and very efficient and helpful. The restaurant meals were excellent. Our room was a good size and very clean. |
