Novotel Centre Hotel Abu Dhabi

Attention from staff in reception and specially the bell boy and staff cleaning the room. They were very kind in the way they answered our questions and gave us instructions on how to do what we wantedto do and how to go where we wanted to go. The room has te/coffee and complimentary water bottle. Newspaper delivered to your door. Did no take breakfast while we stayed there but ate at the chinese restaurant. Food was normal, nothing special. We needed an extra bed for our child and they brought it immediately after we checked in. Shower had a good and steady stream of water coming out and not like some other hotels were you have to adjust the water temperature all the time. Good location. Room has safe. Free internet in room.

Honestly, we can't think of anything that we did not like during our short stay in Novotel. It might not be easy to catch a cab outside the hotel unless you wait some time (~15 minutes) but this fact has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Alternatively, you could take the hotel limoussine, which is a bit expensive compared to taxi-meters

the location of the hotel is ideal for central shopping and bars. close to the corniche for beach too.

no allocated hotel parking can make finding a space near the hotel difficult, however there is an underground carpark in the next door shopping centre for 15 dirhams per 24 hours.

Very friendly staff; Location in the centre of the city which makes the travelling easier; Pleasant stay.

The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and the onsite hairdresser's is excellent.

Room Service breakfast: the morning coffee seemed to be Nescafe with Rainbow milk. This caters to subcontinental rather than European tastes. How about an option for filter coffee with fresh milk? And is it really worth econimosing by serving one of the cheapest brands of jam with breakfast. Le Beaujolais has also gone seriously downhill.

no openable windows ,noisy electromechanical plant and a lot of cigarrette smoke in the elevators and lobby

Clean and good location

Location is good. There are also some good restaurants nearby.

Hotel services are quite well covered and efficiently handled, location is quite central, value for money is good and breakfast buffet is excellent. Doorman was very helpful with good restaurant tips.

Parking is quite difficult, gym is OK but some machines quite old. The first impression of hotel clerks on the reception was not entirely positive. However, everything worked fine and the impression got better in the course of the days. Rooms are very small with extra bed.

You Should put one weighing Machine in the Sauna.

I have stayed at Novotel a few times. All those times, Hotel Staff / Service are excellent. I never faced any difficulties. It falls within our budget.

Television was placed in one place and the Chairs were placed at someother place such that there is a wall between them, so that you cannot watch the television.Anyway, this is not the same in other rooms where I have stayed previously.

the location is good in the heart of Abu Dhabi.

service is very slow. we had to wait for long to get help with luggage and no staff present by the door to help find a texi
