The location. Breakfast buffet was nice. Rooms a bit small. Sofa bit is only for one person. House keeping very very slow had to call many time and wait for more then an hour just to get an extra towel and asked for an extra pillow which never came.

friendly staff. clean rooms. 1. The concierce needs to address fast service to collect luggage from taxis or cars 2. need to add wifi features to rooms and not the reception area only. Internet is available in rooms, however not WIFI.

House keeper cleaning room attendant friendly and smilingly immediately supplying like Irin Board plug etc. 1.Most of the time the room card did not work and after couple of swipes. Very Irritating. Most of the time room service remained unanswered. Even requesting things like supplying empty plates and spoon was not attended to. Thoughsmall matter but quite irritating.

This hotel was so convenient, being opposite a large shopping mall that had a food hall and very close to the metro. Dressing gowns and slippers would have been very welcome.

Location, hotel is very conveniently placed next to metro, mall and airport. Smoking from the Vertigo bar , which is located next to the lobby,permeated through the entrance and lifts area.
