Oasis Beach Tower Apartments  

Loved the whole trip - excellent customer service in a most luxurious location. The staff were wonderful and especially put our kids at ease - will definitely be back.

The location was excellent, We got a free upgrade and the they made a cake for my wife's birthday which was a lovely touch. The staff were wonderful so polite and caring. We will certainly be going back next year.

The apartment was spacious, and luxurious. Spotlessly clean. The staff were brilliant very friendly and helpful. The restaurants and shops on sight excellent.

The view will be spoiled by the new 30 storey hotel being built in front of it!

Everything was spotless

The sun leaves the pool at 1.30 but you cant help that!

Really enjoyed our stay in our 4 bed appartment, would definatley stay again. Superb location.great views from the 40th floor.

Some building works close by, but that's Being picky!!

The rooms, very good size and clean.

The staff were extra good especially the deputy manager Mr. Hashem Also the rooms were big and became bigger with the up grade

Traffic on week ends,but you are where lots of people are coming.

The complementary food inside the kitchen is very good.

The parking lot beneath the tower is very tight needs to be rearranged

The view was spectacular with plenty of activities and things to see.

Last day there the roof began to leak but was quickly addressed by the staff. So not necessarily a negative.

The 4 bedroom apartment was a pleasant surprise for our party. It was sooo spacious and very modern. Just loved it.

The checkin was a nightmare, it just took such a long time. The pool service was just shocking, it took so long to get a lunch order and we continually had to chase up for drinks. I believe that if they stopped serving milk shakes it would allow them to focus on the core service expected. Poor guys were stressed out

Restaurant prices

Loved the location and the size of the apartments.

Wifi was too weak, had to sit next to router to access web etc. No wifi in bedrooms at all! pool was shaded by other buildings for most of the late afternoon. I missed having a proper reception and lounge in entrance area.

Discrepancy of information on your website and actual hotel. Extremely expensive £613/ for two nights. No ocean in 2 bed apartment. No shuttle service paid 100aed each way from airport.

check out time should be later especially if it is a big family. Felt under pressure to checkout on time.

Location is great, with close proximity to restaurants and beaches. The apartment was very spacious. The greeting welcome food package is a nice touch with a few essentials.

For the price would expect better TV in rooms. They are old with no modern input plugs like DVI or HDMI. The Internet is horrendously slow and Wifi coverage is far below expectations. No coverage in ground floor lobby, by the pool. Only in living room, not in bedrooms.

Professional staff, nothing was a problem. Free access and shuttle bus to Jebel Ali golf resort Birthday cake put in room when they noticed my birthday cards in the room. Easy chess to beach and cafes. Huge 2 bedroom apartment.

New Buildings being constructed in the area.

Everything really, now I've been to Dubai I'm very grateful I booked something away from the busy Sheikh Al Zayed 7-lane road, which explains why it was a few 100 more than some hotels. The hotel is on "The Walk" which is lovely to walk along in the evening and also it all you have to walk over to get to the beach, it's a one way paved street, so not a problem.Travelling with a 6 and 8 year old, hence chosing an apartment, huge apartment, semi-view of the Palm, paid extra for a higher floor, got the 36th but to be honest any floor would have been fine I reckon. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival, kitted us out well for breakfast, arrived during the night so was perfect. Lavazza coffee machine, Bose sound system, Elemis toiletries, 4 loos (we booked a 2 bed apart but has 2 ensuites, a wc and a utility/shower room, we kept getting lost! &Quot;Mum, where are you?" "Here" "Where here?"). Staff were great, pool complex was lovely although we didn't spend much time there. Being able to retreat to the Jebel Ali resort (Palm Tree resort) half an hour away was great too although we just used cabs to get there, they're so reasonable. I'm not an aircon fan and for anyone wondering aircon was not intrusive, although I did slide the kitchen door closed each night bcs was a bit noisy there.

Don't let this put you off, I'm just being honest, it's a great place to stay: Wierd plumbing noises in main ensuite ceiling grill, think it was any time upstairs flushed the loo or emptied the bath, but if you close the door you can't hear it. Neighbours above a bit noisy scraping chairs late into evening, only sound pollution we had except distant rumble of the roads, but when we called reception they said they'd send someone up, think it got better from then... Booked ourselves on one of the complimentary transfer slots to Jebel Ali resort, arrived downstairs one minute past the time to watch the bus leaving down the road, they don't wait even if you'd booked it, beware. Taxi's only about 60aed though (about £12). Nothing to do with hotel: taxis in Dubai drive very fast, strap your kids in properly! But very efficient.

Excellent place for a family to stay. Clean, modern, plenty of space in apartment, close to beach, great pool area that wasn't crowded, shopping and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Concierge is frequently absent and not overly helpful while there.
