I enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment, the availability of a complete kitchenette, as well as fully furnished lounge area. In close proximity to most of the mayor shopping areas, as well as museums, etc. I expected a bit more assistance in and around the kitchen areas - Room cleaning is part of the deal, but cutlery, etc had to be washed by ourselves - If this is the case, I suggest some change to accommodate/ add a dishwasher in this area? |

The room was of top quality - the location was unique, between old and new parts of the city. The staff were more than helpful. Internet is a little costly, but reliable and speedy. The pool was very clean and a great place to chill after a day in the heat. Breakfast included fresh fruit, which was very much appreciated. |

The location near Burjumall,central for going around in Dubai. The Philipina at the front desk Ame,very helpfull and always smiling.The parking with ample space and electronic gate.The swimming pool is amazing but should stay open later than 9 pm The breakfast is very very poor and always the same.There's TV in the family room only and very small and cheap and channel are not clear,and according to my wife the washing mashing is very bad and hard to operate. |

Our stay was very good. We were very pleased about the room and the price we had to pay for it. I defenitly would go back and chose this hotel again. The lunch service and breakfast must improve. These were the only 2 points the hotel was lacking in. |

The car parking, Full kitchen tools and the appartment space. The breakfast is not varity enought. I miss one day becuase the door was closed and the windows curtains was shutted I thought they already closed. |

the reception was outstanding. the manager accomodated us for an early check in and all staff was very friendly and helpful. the quality of the rooms was outstanding.i will definetely make use of this hotel again. |

Very good sized apartment for a family of five - good facilities such as washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location with undercover parking. Would certainly use it again for family accommodation and would recommend it. |

Very friendly staff and convinient location to go shopping and see the Creek (just two blocks fromt the hotel). Appartments are very spacious, with big and well equiped kitchen). It was really handy to have breakfast included, as other appartment hotels did not offer it, or it was more expensive. Its not much really maybe small breakfast area comparing to the size of the kitchen's appartment. However when I stayed there beggining of april there was always space in the buffet. |

very very clean, close to mall burjuman where they have paul's cafe' for best breakfast in town. close to airport and city. breakfast in hotel is poor but you go to burjuman mall at paul's cafe' where the serve the best food. |

The whole experience, We enjoyed our stay. The location is good, rooms are huge and complete with kitchen wares.The staff at the hotel was warm and friendly throughout our stay and helpful with all our requests. On your site some people complaing about the brakefast but we found that if you ask chef he would cook it for you Furniture of rooms somewhat outdated, needs a refresher and service charge which adds 20% in total to your room charges. |

Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service. Very comfortable and very clean room equipped with all you may need. The breakfast was better than I expected after reading the reviews. |
