The staff were extremely friendly, obliging and helpful. They could not do enough for us. The full breakfast served in "Celebrities" was not included in the room rate but was excellent and the service very very good. The pool facilities were beautiful and again the service in the outdoor eating area and bar was excellent. The business centre area was ideal for internet access and computer use. TheSuperior Deluxe room and bathroom were very large and nicely appointed, the beds comfortable and every area of the hotel was immaculate. The moment one steps into the hotel foyer from outside, there is an immediate sense of peace and tranquility and if visiting Dubai again, I would not hesitate in booking this hotel. Charged for more than 5 minutes internet access.

The Hotel is very well maintianed and the staff are highly efficient. Laundry, in room service and other facilities are fast and beautifully presented. The Beach restaurant has a great menu and has a lovely feel. Pool and garden areas are first class, but stay away from the main pool unless you have a younger family. Not an issue, as there are plenty of other places to relax, and an adults only pool with cabanas. The Hotel as full, but still plently of room at all meal times and during the day for sun. Get the shuttle boat to the One and Only Palm 101 for lunch or dinner. It's not cheap, but it's worth what you pay.

We stayed at the Royal Mirage (Palace) to celebrate our 20th anniversary and I am so glad we chose this hotel. I knew service was going to be good when they called me several days before my stay to ask me what time I would be checking in at. We were given an upgrade on arrival which really made our day extra special. Our suite was fantastic as we had our 2 young children with us so really welcomed the extra space. The reception staff (Alex) were wonderful, a congratulations letter from the hotel manager (personally signed) in the room was a lovely touch, dinner at Olives was beautiful and ideal for young children, breakfast the next morning was fabulous - all in all a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back. Well done to manager and staff at the Royal Mirage for getting it right on all fronts, something most 5 star hotels struggle to do. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous long beach with umbrellars far from each other. A lot of fauna at the sea. Calm atmosphere. Good choise at breakfasts. Close (10 dhs by taxi or 20 min walk) to Marina promenad and Jumeira beach residents promenad where are a lot of restorants and shops. Close to most of celebrity chief restorants in Dubai. The staff is mostly friendly. Spacious rooms. There is no beach or pool bar at Arabian Court and at The Palace. Sometimes I saw a waiter from the restorant close to the beach taking orders. But I never managed to catch one. If they had such service - our bill will be bigger. From one side of the Arabian Court it is the entrance road to Palm Jumeira but it did not hesitated us. During the second halfs of the day at thirsdays and fridays a lot of yachts from Marina come out and park opposite the beach. The beach becomes not so clean as usual and a little bit noisy.

Staff were exceptionally friendly+accomodating facility is in fantastic state: everything is/looks new, is well looked after restaurants at the resort are great. beach bar and grill was rated number 3 restaurant in dubai... and did not disappoint!! in short: had a fantastic 4 day stay there.

I stayed at the golden club - Palace - I had the best service and hospitality ever - it was my hus birthday and they have treated him very well - everything was perfect , people, location , room , beach , food - all - we had the best time ever.
