Good overall facilities and value, we got upgraded for free to an executive suite, reception staff were very good at arranging extra car service. Good room service menu at a much better value than many other hotels. Overall everything was good, the only thing is the map on the website should have clearer driving directions as the hotel was a little difficult to find at first (esp at night). Possibly signs on the road in the area would have helped, otherwise highly recommended. |

The frendliness of the staff. They gave me a room near the night club, and the voice was toooo loude that I couldn't sleep at night. Keeping in mind that I was on a business trip over the weekend. |

The design of the hotel as well as the staff are wonderful. Though it's quite far to walk to attractions, taxis are not difficult to get. Buffet breakfast is adequate and the room is excellent. a bit far from attractions. |

As a visit to any restaurant means a stroll outdoors, with temperatures in a pleasant range, a stay at the One to One is very enjoyable. |

I like my privacy and although a leisure trip the staff were excellent in this respect. All the services are good, the staff very pleasant and helpful- you can relax without having some of the usual interuptions of the 'bigger' hotels. It's got a nice laid back atmosphere. I specifically asked for a quiet room - and got one. I did not eat there so can't comment on the food. |

One to One has beautiful corridors, and structure... the staff is very helpful and supportive...rooms are comfortable, and the best thing about this hotel is that wired and wireless both internet are free!! so after whole trip of UAE we checked our emails properly at this hotel... Rooms are too cool, we turned off the ac and still it was too cool all night long. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and did everything asked of them and more. The four restaurants all served very good and not too expensive food. One of the reasons I use the One to One hotel (3 times in the last year) is that the internet has been free, available in every room and reliable. Unfortunately this was not the case this time and that is totally unacceptable to a business traveller. Also there was an open air event on Thursday night which went on until 0400. The music was ridiculously loud and made sleep impossible. |

Excellent room quality and the value for money was fantastic. Central location, with good restaurants and even a beer garden. We were able to get a 3pm checkout on our day of departure and this was a great bonus. |

I was very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely make this hotel my preferred choice for any and all future stays in Abu Dhabi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, the room was perfect for our needs and Thursday night in the village garden was a fabulous night. Nothing at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. In the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back." |

Location was good, as was the room itself, in addition to this the facilties Bathroom was not as clean as it should be (grouting in bathroom quite dirty). Staff at reception were very slow and not particularly helpful. In particular the waiting staff in the restaurant at breakfast were few and far between and not helpful at all. |

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was nice and clean. breakfast was good Room was right next to beer garden so heard loud music until 1am... reception staff felt the need on checkout to talk very loudly into the phone to tell the billing people ALL the drinks we had from the minibar..whilst it was sort of amusing i think others may have felt embarrassed about the whole of reception know about it |

I liked the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the range of facilities available, the excellent restaurants, and the general layout of the hotel. The front step which, though there is a warning on the door, is still a dangerous hazard especially for the aged, the infirm or anyone who can't read English or misses the sign because the porter is leading and obscures it. |

A hotel that makes you more feel like at home or between houses and not in a 100 bed tower hotel establishment. Pretty good, nice food and good atmosphere. Each block of rooms had their own swimming pool. Some of them were closed down without prior notice. |

The hotel is new and clean. It is in a construction site though. The rooms around the disco are very noisy. I had room 401 but I change to 108 because of the noise coming from the disco which will last till 1:00 they said. |
