The price was fair. The night clubs in the hotel are a serious rip off. There is no price listing for anything in the clubs. At the end of my night I was charged $700 usd, to be in the clubs. I was told that each drink was $20 usd, the "table" was $100 usd, along with other incidentals. Although, I continually asked about prices, nothing could be correctly quoted to me. I had to negotiate the price down to $250 usd which leads me to believe all these prices were just thrown out there. As far as the hotel, I ask for 1 bed and got 2 beds that were just bigger than a crib. The price was raised from the price of the reservation on your website.

Upon check in the person who was standing with the receptionist looked at me and wife as strangers.After late in the night when we came back after dinner the people who were in the reception looked at wife like a prostitute.My wife was very much affried to stay in the hotel.

The hotel is very rundown. It is loud and the staff is very unprofessionell. There is no difference if you tell them any complaints or not. Nothing will change. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. Stay away from this location.

the facade looks good the room is so small the occupant can hardly breath. dirt is visible in the carpet and bed cover. there is no room service and yet there was a 10% service charge!

In the matter of fact , one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, in my whole life I can't find any words that can describe this shameful excuse for a hotel , the staff were not helpful , the rooms were not clean , the room size can fit a couple of rats no more , I'll make sure neither myself or any of my friends visit this hotel. In to words it sucks.

The Hotel is nice for stay... The Hotel is to "Noisy" Can't Sleep, there is a link Water at the Toilet coming from the other floor, the Door of other Room when they close so loud.... The Cable tv is So So so Bad.. Please improve your Rooms

Location wise it is very accessible to metro station...accessible to key areas of the city as well.... Staff are polite and privacy was kept....no matter how hard our friends ask for our stay information, they never give any... The breakfast buffet has no variety at all....

Quite hotel, has clean rooms, excellent hotel staff, has most of the necessary facilities. Vlaue of teh money good. In orched street where most of the shopping moles located .. recommended for short as well as long stay ... Rooms equipped with safe boxes ... Taxi transportation available. In the center of Singapore...advised for couples and business guys and groups.

Very near to Al Rigga Metro. Very clean. Customer should check the calculation while settling the bill.They took Dhs212 more from me.I Returned to the hotel and got the money back.They said computer mistake.

We liked the friendly staff especially in the bar area. We arrived at 3.30 am in the morning and were charged for the whole of that previous day from check in ! we felt we should only have had to pay half the normal cost as some other well known hotels do. This helps to bring people back to visit - especially when they feel they are getting a good deal for the time stayed at the hotel.

A very nicely located hotel which is just 5 minutes walk from under ground station. Hotel is full of life round the clock. With cheerful and smiling staff who are always ready to do almost anything possible to comfort you. One really feel so much at home. The hotel excellent Wi-Fi system and quite cheap. Would love to stay on all our future trip in this hotel. Not providing tea making facility in room. Hotel should provide two complementary mineral water bottles in rooms.
