I asked a power adapter from reception. They said yes. But it never came.. No parking lot for guests in the facility.

The staff were excellent. I was there for the triathlon and was allowed to keep my bike in the room. The hotel even sent their engineer to help me remove stuck pedals! For the price, great hotel! Huge room!

I asked for non-smoking room - my room stank of cigarettes - even the fresh towels provided daily, so I suspect smoking goes on where it shouldn't. A lot of noise very late at night above my room - scraping chairs on floor in restaurant? Stopped immediately when I complained!

Concierge and check out staff outstanding.

We were on the 16th floor which we discovered was directly under the nightclub so extremely noisy until 3 am. Asked to be moved but apparently no spare rooms?

good room service good food well presented,rooms with 5 star standards.could have stayed in the massage shower all day.

not many shops near by,but beach with in walking distance with many places to eat and supermarket right next door.

The fact that I was aware when booking for 4 nights that the charges were non-refundable, but when I was forced to change my travel plans for business reasons and cancel 2 nights the hotel gave me a refund for the 2 nights.

A bit dingy and dismal (low lighting) and some updating and refurbishment of public areas as well as rooms is rather overdue...

Location, good for beach and even a good supermarket (Spar) nearby. Unlike some neighbourhoods in the city, the area is quite an 'upscale' place - lots of expats and foreigners around, making the tourist feel quite welcome. Parking in nearby streets congested, valet parking thankfully solved that problem - no stress for the guest. Really huge room. The side facing the city had an unbelieveable view, the side facing the sea must be even better. Massage service at the spa was worth it. Dinner at the rooftop level restaurant, very impressed - was a highlight of my one-night stay.

I have to point out only a design flaw in the bathroom, and it is so silly that I am surprised how it was built and replicated in hundreds of rooms in the hotel without anyone pointing it out. There is a beautiful 'stand-up' shower enclosed in sheet glass, but the threshold of the shower has been constructed in such a way that when the shower door is closed, instead of water flowing towards the plughole, it will flow out onto the floor and flood the entire bathroom floor. To the management of the hotel, pls remove this flaw! You spent so much money creating a beautiful shower cubicle and wasted it completely by making the shower functionally useless. I'm a design engineer, which is why this amazed me so much!

Nice & quite big rooms, big toilet, comfortable bed, nice choise of tv chanels, good value for money, everything is within short distance.

I arrived at the hotel at 13:30 local time & i have been told my room was not ready yet!!!!!!!!! very disapointed from the morocan lady on the reciption she is less knowledge & attitude.
