it is great time to stay...., i was amazed by the design of the resort, the food, the spa i really enjoyed my stay....i will be back soon.

lovely place, its relaxing, serene place. the food were tasty, friendly staff. we did like it.

From the minute we checked in, there was problem to be noticed the way this hotel is, where we were giving small invelope thought they had keys in them, but we had to wait for 10 minute till someone came with the keys. 2- the TVs were old, I can send you a picture for the filnstone tv. 3-There was a list of fines if you did something, one of them if you burn the carpet 1500aed, but there was no carpet in the room. 3-Wifi, u can see on your available networks, but you cany connect to it. 4-We checked in at 5:30pm, me and my kids went to the pool, when we came to take showers, we were surprised they didnt have water in the shower nor the toilet, it took them one hour after I called and complained for them to connect the water to the room :( 5-The pool was discussting, since there was soo many people in it, but seems no one has washed it, not used Clorine in it in a long time:( 6-There was kids water play ground, the steps where from tiles, which it get slippery at times, and hazzordes for the kids, it should have been from Plastic. 7- The mattress are so old, that I had rash from these unsanitery beds.

we with all the guys was totally had fun,,, swimming on the beach,eating on the coffeeshop nd the spa was lovely...evenly relaxing....will be there soon....!!

i like the food, specifically the grilled sea foods,it was yummy!!!! it is really a happy, sight seeing, serene ambiance..we were happy we found this place,,,

all was great, way different than any place i been,,,it wag great experience.

Waste of money.avoid!!!!! Very bad experience ..My wife and I were disappointed for the money we paid it is not even 1 star hotel. After we found bugs and cockrauch in the bed moving on the white sheets and under the pillows more than 20 insects .when they send someone to check the matter he found even more under the mattress and behind the bed.I Don't know what to say.No manager tried to contact us I didn't get an apology either although I send an e-mail to the gm and informed him about the situation and I filled a complain in the same day also.SO Stay away from this hotel....for your good.They ruined our vacation.

Nice coffee shop area...specially the floating restaurant,,,food were delicious , room was spacious specially those breathtaking views like ancient Egyptian concept and the beacgh

Egyptian concept is totally marvelous, we really felt another place in this resort. The place is totally happy, definitely it changed our mode and daily routine.

swimming pool with waterfall for kids is great-my children have so much fun, spa for massage is relaxing with professional therapist.

Service was so bad and staff was so careless about customer satisfaction including their so called "supervisor". Not professional staff at all, didn't care about requests given with booking done 3 weeks before arrival date, didn't even care to call and say if it was possible to have it or not, cold dirty swimming pool, beach is not real beach, it's just a still water shore of creek, too noisy rooms rented to punch of teens next to families, dirty towels, charged 99 dhs per day for a mattress on floor instead of bed which is not available. What is so called "beach" is very dirty and can't be used for swimming at all. No rescuer at swimming pool, no play room for kids, no activities. It's worse "beach" hotel i've ever been at. Kids got bugs bites. Total waste of money.

Room service food was a very good standard. The staff were a credit to the resort.

The room was adequate, however, only 1 of the 3 the lights in the bathroom were working, there were no glasses to drink water or cold drinks from and no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The Wi Fi was off more than it was on and only limited access was available. The restaurant was not open in the evening, only the cafe was available for eating other than room service. The cafe resembled a transport cafe often found on a motorway. The food can only be described as fast food. Room service food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was poor, with little selection available, the surroundings were also shoddy. It was not made clear at the time of booking that most guests took their own food to BBQ. In the evening the noise was extremely loud, with singing and music playing very loudly until 3 am in the morning. Staff advised that the guests would not listen to them when being told to keep the noise down. It is clear that the management of this facility need to take control and run the facility more professionally, in addition, the investors need to invest to build the business up to an acceptable standard to attract clients who are willing to spend money within the resort.

The rooms are beautfully surrounded to the Pool. Rooms are big and the bed was confortable.

The break-fast was very poor. Very limited items on offer. They do not have fried eggs only boiled eggs. I have asked for extra blanket and they want to charge Aed 60.

Rooms were nice, and so was the staff...They were responsive when we complained about very loud noise coming from a room across from ours.

There was a lot of garbage left by guests that was not picked up, so that created a of cats and crows that were inhabiting the area. It was really gross. The pool was not maintained and there were lifeguard rings in the pool, when they should have been left to the side in case of emergency. Kids and teenagers were using them as toys which is totally unsafe. The food for breakfast was not good and we ended up eating elsewhere. The rooms were mostly clean, but bathroom sink still had marks on it which made me think that it had not been cleaned.

There was nothing we liked as it was not maintained properly.

Nothing was working, Beach was dirty, Pool was dirty,Rooms facility was broken, Showers were broken and dirty. Wii was not working while we were there. Bowling area was not even opened ( it was under construction), Caffe , Restaurant staff was very unhelpful and rude. Taxi service is very expensive.

The Design was attractive, the Egyptian Motif works well.

The Beach facilities were awful. The "beach" area is around 2 meters of sand, and is impossible to set up a seating are on, let alone playing/walking. The swimming area is very limited swimming as the beach is located on a canal where ships/boats frequently pass by as opposed to the coast. The food served at the breakfast buffet was very limited & of very low quality and the coffee shop/restaurant food wasn't much better either, at least what we ordered. The children's swimming pool play area has it's own water supply, and that water supply is extremely cold. So cold that most children do not spend more than 5 minutes there.

Vicinity of villa to the beach and access to pools. Reception staff were very friendly including the Mini Mart girl on duty on 29Mar who chatted with us in a very friendly manner. Room size is quite spacious and the calm atmosphere is very good for relaxing.

Room cleaning was quite shoddy. As water is salty, the mirrors, sinks, etc are all full of marks and no one bothered to clean. Other than mopping, no other cleaning of the room was done. Garbage buggies were driven right next to the pool in high speed where small kids run in and out of the pool. No barrier between the beach villas and a steep fall into the beach area.

The stafff was friendly but apart from that there was no other positive thing about the place!!

The "resort" is very run down, furniture in the room is shabby, level of hygiene in the rooms is poor, floors were sticky and dirty, bad smell in the bathroom, breakfast was a measly affair and pools were not temperature controlled. It's a well built place but poorly maintained. Very disappointed!!!

Quite place and a good gateway after a long working week in crowded city.
