It was very clean and value for money. The staff also were friendly and helpful. The wifi is available in the room which is good but it will be better if not chargeable.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment, one of the 2 rooms was very small. The other thing that the 2 toilets were outside the rooms not inside, and only one of the can be used for shower.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and I took 2 bedroom apartment the check in was really fast and they didn’t ask for any copy of booking confirmation. I always worried about car parking when I book any hotel through booking.com except this hotel they do care about your car and the park for you which is excellent. Also the staff are really nice and friendly well done

I didn’t like the bathroom because it is really old and not fully clean also the furniture because they are old and not clean specially the sofa but in general worth for money as I was most of my time outside the hotel

Good staff specially the Moroccan receptionist in the morning shift she is polite and knows how to deal with the guest

the staff were very friendly , the room is always clean, great value for money. Shopping are is just around.

Location and accessible price

The very friendly staff, accessibility, all amenities provision expected of an apartment and peace of indoor staying without disturbance.

The settee in my given apartment are very old, leather pealed off and generally looking uncomfortable to lie or sit on. I wasn't on it throughout of my stay.Thinking there could be bugs in there. May be this is not like that in other apartments of the hotel suites. I strongly advice the management to resolve this issue.

Adnan, the receptionist was very kind to guide us through phone to the right location.

There is a building constructions right behind the hotel causing too much noise

They should have Wifi in the building not just in the Lobby.

Cheap, comfortable beds, lounge and complete kitchen, even with a washing machine.

Bathroom too small and the water messed a lot. Location - not too far from Dubai, but traffic between Sharjah and Dubai a nightmare. Still a cost saving though looking at Dubai apartment and travel expenses, but be prepared to sit at least 45min in traffic per trip to Dubai and back.

Check in and out were very fast (2 to 3 minutes). Staff were very friendly. Requests were executed very rapidly.

They should improve on cleaning the place.

The only negative side is an availability of WiFi system in Rooms. It's available only at the reception area

The hotel crew treatment was bad. ..No car barking...very noizy...

Surprisingly good as I wasn't expecting much based on the cheap cost

It would be nice if they opted to park our car instead of referring us to a parking lot. Image arrived late and tired from a trip!
