It was good for the price. Very reasonable

-Location was good -Arrangement of one bedroom apartment good,with availability of kitchen and an extra toilet. -Fridge,freezer and washing machine provided.

-No complimentary pick up and drop from Airport and was asked to pay extra for this. -Limited choice breakfast -Worn out towels.

-Polite & Courteous Staff -Prompt & Excellent Customer Service -Quality Gym equipment & Sauna -Rooftop Swimming Pool

-No complimentary Airport Pick-up & Drop-off -No complimentary Internet facilities for residents -Monotonous Breakfast Menu -Limited tv Channels

I had communication per email about my booking with the hotel since I arrived at 1:30 am in the night. It was not communicated internally and not put into the system. They did not find my reservation for half an hour. The first room they gave me had a terrible smell. Unsupportable. Then the keycard did not open the door of the new room. Even after reprogramming four times ! the card it did not work. Then finally they opened with a Master key. But they opened a room where a couple was sleeping and woke up. The third room finally was it. But the key also did not work. The whole procedure lasted for more than an hour. That is exactly what you need when you arrive in the night after a long flight. The staff at night is just incompetent. Very bad experience.

Good location and value for money

Wonderful and spacious rooms. Very well maintained and kept in good condition. Very good staff support and service.Good faciliteis Internet service is good but need to pay aed45 per day extra

Breakfast is really shocking. Some of the food is old and not much choice and even limited opportunity is not of high qualty

لا يجد تلفاز داخل الغرفه والسرير غير مريح لان مشبوك من سريرين ومخرج الواقف ضيق كثير وخطير

لم يعجبني شيء بصراحة لا افطار ولا سعر ولا اي شيء .

لم يعجبني الافطار لم يعجبني رائحة الغرف لم يعجبني اثاث الشقة والله الذي جعلني اسكن فيه الحاجة لعدم توفر فنادق وتم الغاء حجز في فندق خمس نجوم ولهذا احتجت للسكن فيه وللاسف كان السعر لليلة غالي جدا وهو 1600 درهم لكن غلطة ما تتكرر ان شاء الله مرة اخرى

السعر مميز النظافة جيده الخدمات جيده الاستقبال جيد

الموقع بعيد عن ما تحتاج اليه من سبر ماركت ومواصلات ومترو

مستوى الإفطار و التنوع هو اقل من الجيد

المطعم ليس بالمستوى المطلوب النظافة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب مقارنة مع غيرها في السعر رائحة المطعم تلحظها من مواقف السيارات وهذا أمر مزعج لأصحاب السيارات
