Staff are very helpful, prompt in action and very friendly. I like my pool access room very much!! It will be better if they have their own Spa!! |

The staff made you feel welcome all the time. Its comfortable, with a tranquil decoration that makes people feel 'at home'. No indoors smoking area :) |

I enjoyed everything the food , service, using the facilites swimming pool and salon. I think the hotel should recgonize frequent customers. I and my family have been there 4 times already within 8 months stayed at AL-Manzil & Qamradeen. |

The location was the best only 5 minutes walk to Dubai mall. Also, the staff was very helpful and kind full, in addition the room was design very good with comfortable feeling for all times |

I liked the reception,the room's design, the breakfast around the swiming pool,the fast and easy deling with the staff The room's carpet wasn't enough clean, there was a lot of flys during the breakfast |

Interior of the hotel was very nice and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Overall, the hotel very pleasant. I went to the restaurant on Saturday night. The atmosphere was quiet and I decided to order room service instead. |

The staff were friendly, breakfast could be taken until 1100, nice terrace. pool area is small, only one restaurant. No bar as such although drinks are available in the lounde and terrace. |

very nice hotel,not very big,helpfull staff,nice rooms,close to burj dubai and dubai mall not close to the beach(25-30 minutes by taxi) or you can take the shuttle bus for free |

Very well located, extremely friendly staff, excellent atmosphere, excellent breakfast, a nice hotel. Toillete in the room could have more privacy, door glass is not appropriated for the case; glass division in the shower area fine. |
