1. Staff was very cordial. 2. Room was very well furnished.

1. Only one restaurant in the hotel. 2. No shop in hotel for basic necessities.

Drivers respond very quick on vallet parking

1-Late entry to our rooms on check in 2- poor wellcome from the staff 3- our booking was swimming pool view but they gave us room 432 and its direction toard the pool but u do not see even 1 m from the pool and they refuse to change 4-very small rooms and all rooms with only queen size bed , no king size bed5-reception sometimes do not answer 6

It is close to a lot of important places; the price for value is very good; friendly staff; free internet; I will go back there for sure

Large rooms, furnished with pleasant modern arabic style. Friendly and efficient staff.

The pool is at the ground floor and doesn't get the sunlight the whole day

We like the location as you can walk to the local shops and restaurants. and we love the modern design of the hotel rooms. Plus the staff are always friendly and helpful.

We are quite often allocated a smoking room even though we always request a non-smoking room. We wished the hotel had more of a "buzz" in the eating areas like its sister hotel the Manzil.

I paid for pool veiw room , upon check in there were no available rooms, I waited for an hour as requested by the reception &I came back to check in back view room , upon check out I mentioned that I paid for pool view and didnt get it , after an hour of consulting superiors I was offered discount in my next visit which was totally unacceptable or professional. The amount was not the issue but the poor & irrogant way it was handled. Booking.com should adress this issue with the hotel as it will harm thier reputaion as well.

Liked the old style architecture, location for siteseeing and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport transfers worked smoothly. Concierge organised a private car and driver for us to take a quick 4 hour tour of the major sites as we didn't have that much time for doing this ourselves and it was excellent. Pool area was very nice and attendants very helpful. We were also able to have an early checkin on arrival after a 14 hour flight and this was appreciated.

It's cozy, if you staying in the suite room.

Beds are really small, the hotel calls it queen size, but it really is double size bed ! We were about to check out, but th manager was nice enough to offer us an upgrade to a suite room free of charge, that has a king size bed. No gym. One buffet restaurant, with limited choices food.

we booked for a room and they just upgrade us to the executive suite for free this was really nice. welcoming reception staff he treat us as VIP. excellent location in the heart of Dubai Downtown Burj Khlifah square just cross the street .rooms with garden access would be perfect choice . defiantly we will go back.
