Qamardeen Hotel  

Just about everything was perfect for our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent - very close to Dubai Mall and a short drive from the airport. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant exceptional - not cheap, but huge selection and very fresh food. We stayed with our 2 year old daughter and felt very welcome and comfortable at this hotel.

To be very fussy, the only thing I could say as a negative was that my pillow smelt of cigarette smoke (we asked for a non-smoking room).

*. Comfy hotel, quite atmosphere and conveniente. Its design is traditional and you feel coming back home after long day of touring. *- Excellent and helpful staff, particularly the conceirge, fast in response and they do their best to meet your needs *. LOCATION! 10 minute walk and you are in Burj khalifa fountain area and dubai mall *- Breakfast, really nice breakfast experience and atmoshpere

*- Toilette door and glass does reflect the shadow. So it is not convenient, *- bath tub area does not have a door however there is a shower area with door similar to the toillette door. The bath tub glass can be covered with curtains so making some privacy to the wet area. *- No spa. The swimming pool is small. *- Long walk to nearest metro station. ( 20 minutes). However, you can take a taxi to reach there for max 10 AED

Its nice hotel but regarding the location its quite little far from dubai mall and u cant walk in summer due to hot weather. The time of shuttle bus is not suitable at all and ends tOo early so we didnt get used of it!!

The staff of the hotel seemed nice but were not really friendly, especially at the reception desk. I had booked for a pool access room but received a room on the 4th floor instead! The room was cold and there was no way to increase the temperature! The light of the room/washroom/bathroom were all controlled by one key. The room I stayed at was tiny. The food in the hotel is very expensive and not to my suprise its buffet was rarely used.

The service didn’t meet the big sign hanging outside the main entrance which you could see from a distance saying 4 stars hotel(they need to remove three stars) , the reception staff were very unprofessional and we weren’t greeted beside being very rude as we approached them. We had to wait an hour before we got into our room, waiting in the lobby which out of courtesy they should’ve compensated us for waiting extra hour by at least offering beverages. The duty manager is never there apparently he has gone to a never ending lunch break, after several attempts to reach him and leaving over 3 messages he still didn’t get back to us. The food wasn’t up to the expected quality for the amount of money they are charging, the restaurant staff were socializing among them self leaving us waiting for them which we had to shout loud to grasp there attention although the restaurant was empty at that time leaving them with no excuse not to be serviced properly. The cleaner accessed to my room while we were asleep ignoring the no disturbing sign hanging on the door knob outside. The reception staff again didn’t show any hospitality courtesy by at least asking how was our stay it was more like bye in a very rude manner. The valet parking were arguing with one of the taxi drivers just before the main reception entrance ignoring all the hotel guest at present at that time instead of solving it in a more appropriate and civilized manner. Over the entire hotel’s service truly ruined my weekend which I planned to spend some quality time with my wife. Truly don’t recommend it.

This was my 5th time at this hotel but every time I I stay I love my stay but this time I was shocked!! It wasnt like my last times the service was so poor!! And the staff were un polite I didnt like my stay at all and I will never come to this hotel again.

Location is great. Right in the heart of downtown.

That there was no wifi in the rooms.

I did arrive to the hotel at 3:45 afternoon & the first person to face at the front office was a gentleman by the name of Nicholas whom totally ignored me when i presented the booking document & prior to it didn't even bother to say hi back to me which totally surprised me. Then i had to wait at least 7 minutes to be served eventhough there was only one guest checking in before me & was getting served by another lady. After getting stood by Nicholas & remained waiting an egyption gentlemen walked to the front desk & asked me how i was doing & told him immediately that i didn't appreciate waiting that long for no reason so he called upon another collegue of his to assist me & the first thing she told me was that i have to wait as there was no room available due to late check out of guests so i had to explain that it was not my problem at the first place but that didn't help & i had to wait further until i was called back when they got the room ready. At that time the egyption genteman noticed that i was very irritated & apologized by offering free breakfast. I couldn't wait to wake up the second morning to check out of this terrible hotel & there will be no way back to this hotel ever again. I must explain that the only reason i booked at this hotel is my wife whom is interested in visiting hotels which got middeterarian designs. As well as this is the first time for me to place any sorts of complain against any hotel.

It was such a convenient stay and the staff is great and very helpful. Very good location and a really comfortable hotel.

Location within walking distance of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Excellent restaurant. Very pleasant modern facilities.
