Ständig falsche Rechnungen, ständig andere Informationen, ständig Hilflose Angestellte, welche das System nicht umsetzen konnte! Schade

eigener, schöner Hotelstrand, gediegener Service! Für Selbstversorger ist der Ort Dibba nur wenige Autominuten entfernt (Läden, einfache Gastronomie)

Das Hotel ist gut geführt und es ist alles in Ordnung. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Meeresblick. Man hat direkt vor dem Hotel gute Schnorchelmöglichkeiten, sehr viele bunte Fische, sogar eine Schildkröte, allerdings keine Korallen, dafür muss man mit dem Boot zum Dibba-Rock fahren.

Der erste Eindruck: lange seelenlose Flure, man fühlt sich wie im Krankenhaus. Das Buffet war nicht besonders spannend.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sauberer Strand. Der Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel und retour hat geklappt, wenn auch etwas teuer.

Die Musik am Abend war viel zu laut und jeden Abend das gleiche. Vorallem in den Zimmern konnte man kaum bei offenem Fenster oder auf dem Balkon miteinander reden. Wegen des Neujahrstages des Islams konnte man nicht einmal ein Glas Wein trinken zum Nachtessen. Warum müssen sich die Touristen anpassen? Die Kleidervorschriften vorallem am Abend wurden nicht konsequent durchgezogen (vorallem bei den zuvielen RUSSEN!!!!!

Die Lage ist sehr gut - nahe an Dibbah und an Mussandam, leicht von Dubai zu erreichen Die Zimmer sind geräumig und alle mit Blick aufs Meer Schöne Pools und gesichertes Baden im Meer

Essen in den Restaurants überteuert Einchecken und Auschecken langwierig Unklarheit bei den Zimmerpreisen von Radisson Blu aus Die Sportmöglichkeiten, die angeboten werden, sind überteuert - z.B. Schnorcheln kostet DH 350 für 2 Stunden - ohne Ausrüstung!! In Dubai gibt es die Möglichkeit, einen Tagesausflug incl Schnorcheln mit Ausrüstung und Mittagessen und Transport um DH 350 zu buchen

Ein sehr helles Zimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und ansprechend. Essen und Getränke waren sehr gut, besonders die frisch gepressten Säfte.

Es gab einen sehr unerfreulichen Zwischenfall, weswegen wir mit dem Management sprachen. Daraufhin wurden wir von Mr Nedal und Mr Dabil auf eine sehr freundliche und offene Weise unterstützt, sodass sich alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit entwickelte.

The big change brought by Radisson, for worse not for better! It was much better when it was JAL! e.g. made reservation 3 weeks in advance, asking for the'connecting'' rooms & the baby cot, got 2 rooms far away from each other, no baby cot, next to the elevator and the'' wall'' balcony (only 8 rooms like this in the whole resort!) etc. when complained the rude receptionist told us that they are fully booked (?) but forgeting that we booked many weeks in advance and paid some ''normal'' price although that same morning for the same rooms price came down to unbelievable 365dhs!! Day later we have been offered late check out at 12.45pm when we have been already at the Reception, leaving!!! This was my 4th time to go there, but the 1st time from the time that hotel was renamed to Radisson and I think the last time as well! Also to be mentioned some confusion at the Reception on arrival but at departure as well.Pity...such a nice hotel!

Overall , We really enjoyed our stay and the Arabian restaurant was good. We found Philip to be a fantastic and attentive waiter, please let him know how happy we were with the service. The staff were really friendly. The room was clean and had a fabulous view, we thought the fruit was a lovely touch! Breakfast was good ! Thankyou!

The beach had rubbish on it, should be cleaned up please! We were picking up rubbish ourselves( other people's rubbish) the food at the beach restaurant was very poor and disappointing ,simple fresh food prepared with care would be much appreciated. I'm not sure the chef's expertise is up to standard, maybe some more training ?

We loved the staff, very helpful, we are going there once or twice per year and it still best service ever. We don't have to wait for 3 for the check in, they always bring water or other things complimentary , no extra charge, they let you use the facilities even if you check out. Its clean, rooms are big, the receptionists are extremely nice and helpful. Me and my husband loved it and we will go back as soon as we have offs. Worth it

Food, we didn't like the food. It is quite expensive and honestly not worth it. However the prices are the same as for any 5 start hotel.

Not clean and you can hear all the rooms next to you. I booked for 4 people when reached they told me its only for 2( 2 bed rooms) . A lot of problems with water draining.

The rooms are very clean, staff are so friendly. The facilities are great and the pools and beach are awesome.

Not enough hotel information, we sat in the bar which is actually by the two main pools and orders drinks that we thought were 'two for one' but only after we received a very expensive bill did we know that this was not the pool bar at all, the pool bar was located somewhere else. This is very misguiding and appears to be a money spinner. This was the start of our stay and spoilt our 2 day trip. We ordered food in the evening and found the bread was stale in two of our meals (burger and steak sandwich). We had a suite and behind the sofa's there were lots of dead flies that were there for the duration of our trip. No one came into our room in the evening to turn down the beds or change the towels which is usual in hotels through out the world. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very dark so applying makeup, shaving etc. was not easy, in fact one mirror light flashed constantly. The fixtures and fittings in our bathroom and bedroom (e.g. taps, bedside lamps, wardrobe had all seen better days and were either not fixed correctly or not working correctly and should be replaced. As it was a suite we had quite a few curtains at the windows and all of them in the lounge and bedrooms was ripped and falling down making it impossible to close them at night. Very tired hotel and in a big need of refurbishment.

I had a booking for 3 bedroom suite and had to check out 3 more room categories because the room was very dirty, smelly,furniture was stained and toilets are not working. This was suppose to be a 5 star hotel but I would rate it 3 stars. We had to cut our stay short and leave because the kids also found it dirty thought we changed to the better rooms.I Figured out that this is the hotel qaulity and they could not help the situation, no better cleaner rooms. It was my worse experiance ever.

I appreciate the upgrade to a Deluxe room, and thoroughly enjoyed your SPA, where they were extremeyl professional and very good at what they do.

I was absolutely horrifed with the food. Not only the selections, but the quality of the food was indeed very poor. The breakfast, although very expensive for what it was, was reasonablly good, but the rest of the food selections and quality was horrendous. Case in point, the quisadillas at Grand Blue, was a mish mash of dry chicken amongst sloppy tortillas. I can't begin to express how disappointing the quality of the food was, and it certainly impacted my stay at your resort. I will never return, adn certainly will not recommend it to friends an/or family. In fact, I will suggest they stay far away from your resort, purely based on the food. My apologies

well the resort was beautiful with private beach, we were upgraded to delux room and also since it was my wife's B'day hotel had provided with a beautiful cake and a fruit platter. that was really nice. actually one of my friend who had stayed here recommended me the place and mark my word it was worth it. I had stayed in raddison in Prague and had a very good exprerience. thanks a lot.

i had noticed that on arrival our credit card was blocked and we were charged for the blocked amount plus we were charged for the actual amount spent. the same was not informed to us about the refund will take 15 days. upon calling back the resort after 5 days we were informed the same.

The horizontal distribution of all the units, and the availability of the pools which suits the family gathering, staff is really helpful and kind. Had a great time with my family as we were celebrating our father's birthday. I would definatly recommend this hotel to all my friends' families as it's one of the few resorts that suits and respect our traditions as local muslim families where we found similar families with great level of satisfaction about this issue.

As for an earlier stay in the same hotel, I stayed in a refurbrished room where all furniture and bathroom are renewed and highly eligent and so I was excpecting the same in the 3-bedroom suite and thus worth the 3000 aed a night, but to my disappointment it was still not renewed and old.
