Not clean and you can hear all the rooms next to you. I booked for 4 people when reached they told me its only for 2( 2 bed rooms) . A lot of problems with water draining.

The rooms are very clean, staff are so friendly. The facilities are great and the pools and beach are awesome.

Not enough hotel information, we sat in the bar which is actually by the two main pools and orders drinks that we thought were 'two for one' but only after we received a very expensive bill did we know that this was not the pool bar at all, the pool bar was located somewhere else. This is very misguiding and appears to be a money spinner. This was the start of our stay and spoilt our 2 day trip. We ordered food in the evening and found the bread was stale in two of our meals (burger and steak sandwich). We had a suite and behind the sofa's there were lots of dead flies that were there for the duration of our trip. No one came into our room in the evening to turn down the beds or change the towels which is usual in hotels through out the world. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very dark so applying makeup, shaving etc. was not easy, in fact one mirror light flashed constantly. The fixtures and fittings in our bathroom and bedroom (e.g. taps, bedside lamps, wardrobe had all seen better days and were either not fixed correctly or not working correctly and should be replaced. As it was a suite we had quite a few curtains at the windows and all of them in the lounge and bedrooms was ripped and falling down making it impossible to close them at night. Very tired hotel and in a big need of refurbishment.

I had a booking for 3 bedroom suite and had to check out 3 more room categories because the room was very dirty, smelly,furniture was stained and toilets are not working. This was suppose to be a 5 star hotel but I would rate it 3 stars. We had to cut our stay short and leave because the kids also found it dirty thought we changed to the better rooms.I Figured out that this is the hotel qaulity and they could not help the situation, no better cleaner rooms. It was my worse experiance ever.

I appreciate the upgrade to a Deluxe room, and thoroughly enjoyed your SPA, where they were extremeyl professional and very good at what they do.

I was absolutely horrifed with the food. Not only the selections, but the quality of the food was indeed very poor. The breakfast, although very expensive for what it was, was reasonablly good, but the rest of the food selections and quality was horrendous. Case in point, the quisadillas at Grand Blue, was a mish mash of dry chicken amongst sloppy tortillas. I can't begin to express how disappointing the quality of the food was, and it certainly impacted my stay at your resort. I will never return, adn certainly will not recommend it to friends an/or family. In fact, I will suggest they stay far away from your resort, purely based on the food. My apologies

well the resort was beautiful with private beach, we were upgraded to delux room and also since it was my wife's B'day hotel had provided with a beautiful cake and a fruit platter. that was really nice. actually one of my friend who had stayed here recommended me the place and mark my word it was worth it. I had stayed in raddison in Prague and had a very good exprerience. thanks a lot.

i had noticed that on arrival our credit card was blocked and we were charged for the blocked amount plus we were charged for the actual amount spent. the same was not informed to us about the refund will take 15 days. upon calling back the resort after 5 days we were informed the same.

The horizontal distribution of all the units, and the availability of the pools which suits the family gathering, staff is really helpful and kind. Had a great time with my family as we were celebrating our father's birthday. I would definatly recommend this hotel to all my friends' families as it's one of the few resorts that suits and respect our traditions as local muslim families where we found similar families with great level of satisfaction about this issue.

As for an earlier stay in the same hotel, I stayed in a refurbrished room where all furniture and bathroom are renewed and highly eligent and so I was excpecting the same in the 3-bedroom suite and thus worth the 3000 aed a night, but to my disappointment it was still not renewed and old.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice interior, well priced.

The food on offer was of poor quality especially at the Arabian restaurant. Tasteless soup followed up by dry overcooked fish which had extremely hard burnt skin in addition to poor mashed potatoes. Not a good experience I would not revisit this restaurant and it tainted an otherwise good experience.

Location is excellent Staff is very friendly but needs more experience specially in some restaurants

Rooms: rooms are outdated and the door of the room was like broken down before then fixed but it doesn't close well and the lock doesn't work! Although we were staying in a suite but it still needs total revamp Cleanliness: carpets were not clean and smelly AC: Ventilation system and AC were too noisy and smelly

Food was not up to the mark. Quality and varieties didn't reach 5 stars standards. Not enough sun beds next to the pool and no changing rooms and towel services next to the pool only one and it was far.

Very quite for those who would like to relax.

The food in the main restaurant did not meet my expectations for a 5 starts hotel.

The food choice was limited and poor also some items were broke in the room which you would not expect from a " 5* " hotel

I extremely liked the dive center since it has an outstanding staff and services. I kind of liked the beach, but not too much because it is quite dirty and not well-organised.

The staff were awful from all perspectives. They claim that they have valet parking, but they don't. The food is terrible, very slow, and overpriced. The room was also overpriced. I had to park my car far away and carry my stuff to my room without any assistance, even though I asked for it. This hotel doesn't deserve a five star for its service, but only for their facilities.

Location was OK.

Food options tried were not very good. Staff training seems to be an issue too.

The room was lovely. Spacious, nice view of the ocean from the balcony and a great bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food isn't great. We ate breakfast and dinner at the main buffer restaurant 'Breeze' and while it was good it was not what I would expect for the price of the hotel. However, the two lunches we ate at the beach cafe were very tasty.

Rooms have nice beach views. Good beach restaurant. Breakfast was good.

Dinner buffet was very limitted and did not look good.

Even though I had informed the hotel that I should have a special discount due to a club that I am member to, they refused to give me a discount. Totally unprofessional!They used many different excuses-that they were not true-and finally they didn't serve us. I wouldn't go there again.
