We enjoyed the service given by the staff, the comfort of the bed and room, the view of the creek, and the close proximity to the metro. Lots of restaurants and bars right in the hotel. Supermarket close by. Overall, would recommend the hotel. This hotel is probably closer to a four star than five, but still nice. Prostitutes in most of the bars, which definitely detracted from the ambience. Mini bar and restaurants very expensive. Upgraded room was quite small for the price. |

The royal lounge service was good. Service was great and the view was fantastic. The only thing was I only found out I could use it by asking at the front desk and felt the full offering (breakfast, happy hour, etc) should have been made far more obvious. As it happens, it wasn't a problem but only because I asked on the first day. |

The food at the main restaurant was great. Our room was not clean, and had hair around the tub and on some furniture. The tub was also broken/plugged. (probably with more hair!! Ewe!) It should be marked as ar 4 star. Definitely not a 5 star. No waiters came around to offer drinks pool side... |

Great location, very convenient to airport, metro station, Dubai Creek attractions and local souk shopping. Spacious, well appointed room and very comfortable bed. Extremely helpful staff and excellent range of hotel restaurants. Mini-bar should have wine included in drink range. |

Over price on the royal club room (aed 1,200.00 before tax) with nothing much to offer and the club lounge breakfast has the same menu from the last 5 yrs. Was force to sign a form, to agree to pay extra for the club room since there was no ordinary room available. May be will try out other hotel in my next visit. Trying to find another hotel to be known as my regular place. |
