Great hotel for The Creek area of Dubai. Lovely views of old Dubai over The Creek. Staff were attentive and very friendly. They have re-furbished quite a few rooms which is good - although our bathroom was rather small. Still an excellent hotel if you want a short stay without a beach. The small bathroom and no seperate shower cubicle. |

Nicely decorated rooms, classical British style, comfortable furniture and excellent bed. Nice view of the Dubai creek. Plenty of shopping opportunities near-by and in-house. Bath room fittings seemed a little aged. |

Friendly staff and good service. Excellent room, but a little too small for a family, 2 adults and 2 children. Nice pool area. No Nutella at breakfast buffet (children's comment) |

The excellent club facilities especially the club lounge serving drinks for two hours in the evening and the good afternoon tea and breakfast. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. No |

I liked the buffet breakfast, the veiw over looking the creek was very nice and pillows were nice and soft. The Royal Club room was small, the television was very old and small and the lobby was a shamble. |

The staff were professional and welcoming - throughtout the property but in particular at the front desk. Our upgrade to the club room on our return trip was most appreciated and enjoyed. Food was good as was the service. Location opposite Dubai Creek made for great night time views. |

This hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. Its a business hotel, so not loads of screaming children everywhere, so particularly good for couples. All the staff are fantanstic, friendly and helpful. The pool side staff & the english bar staff all remembered us from our previous visit. The Thai restaurant is the best value for money and by far the best food in the hotel. Its amazing and everyone should visit it whilst they are there. Also the Italian restaurant offers fabulous italian cuisine - delicious. The hotel is clean, airy & spacious and compared to other hotels in dubai is very good quality for money. It also has balconies which are great for enjoying the last of the evening sun & relaxing in your own space! There are 2 restaurants we would not visit again or recommend to others. The 'award winning' fish restaurant!! Not really sure how it got awards - in our opinion it is very expensive poor quality food. Made us both feel quite ill. The Chinese restaurant is also very over rated. The reception staff can be abrupt and slightly rude, but as we only dealt with them when we checked in and out, it didn't bother us that much. |

From the moment we where picked up from the airport, we knew we had selected the right hotel. The staff where courteous and friendly every minute of the day. They made the stay pleasurable from start to finish. The hotel its self is immaculately clean, the rooms are spacious, with good views of the creek. Upgrade to the club service and you will not be disappointed, the breakfast was well presented and was of good standard, afternoon tea was a pleasant experience, and to top this, the free drinks and canapes in the evening started the night of in the right way. The only disappointing thing of the whole stay was checking out and leaving such a great hotel. |

Front Desk very obliging - nothing too much trouble. Club Room very comfortable. Don't put huge signs in the room advertising the Club Lounge on 10th Fl and Club facilities if you don't intend to offer it to your guests. We were turned away as they said we had not paid enough for our room. Then why put huge signs on the coffee table in the room? Embarrassing to say the least - remove all the signs. We did not stay long enough to find out exactly "what is enough" to pay for a Club Room in your hotel. Sort out the staff in this Club Lounge and send for retraining!!! |

The staff where very friendly and helpful, also the food in the restaurants was of a high standard, if a little expensive. I was pleased to see the rooms were cleaned at least twice a day and this cheered me up no end. The swimming area was clean and well managed and the staff were more than helpful. I was emotional and dissapointed when it was time to leave. Goodbye Raddison from a newly found friend. The taxi's outside the hotel where a bit overpriced. |

All of the staff were very helpful at all times. With 11 restraunts in the hotel and lots of other eating places within walking distance, you are spoilt for choice as to what style of food you want to eat. Shopping is also easy access as the taxi service for the hotel is first class. |
