The parking is really small and only one elevator from the parking which will take 5-10 minutes to come to you

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the roof top pool and the shisha terrase

if u don't have a car you have to wait a taxi in front of the hotel or to walk about 10 to 15 minute to mall of emirates to take the subway

Housekeeping, cleaning of rooms and the bathroom was poor; under the bed was so filthy.

There was a little bit bad smell in the bathroom. I have informed the room service to check that while I am out of the room. They were helpful and checked it. But the smell did not vanish completely.

Great value for money and nicely decorated rooms. I have tried lots of hotels in Dubai for around the same price and it was the nicest of them all. We were upgraded to a suite which was very lovely.

A little far from the hustle and bustle of Dubai but walking distance to Emirates mall. Be prepared to take Taxis for other places.

Not being able to have free Internet access in bedroom.the sunbirds were grubby.we stayed in your hotel last November and had the same complaint.a poolside bar would be nice.staff just stood around in the shade chatting not even clearing away unused towels from the beds.a wider range of English television channels on the television.

Had a weird smelly room at first, but could change without any problem, the next room was fine.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all the staff in the reception desk , the housekeeping and in the Bar.

The Internet is chargeable and I think if its not will be a plus for the hotel guest and the hotel will receive more customers

The food in the bar was unacceptable un cooked chips and peas a vey the pie I had was so salty I could not eat it my friends pay looked like they had dragged it out of a bin

Staff are very good. I booked a single room as all other rooms were fully booked, but when I arrived, they upgraded me to a double room, so my 2 kids were very happy as they have more space in the room to play.

The parking is a little tight, but I assume most hotels have similar parking spaces.

i liked the lay out and cleaniness of the room the the entire hotel specialy the bar. the hotel is close the the shoping mall and in a quiet area away from traffics. i recommended the hotel to my friend
