View from our room was spectacular and magnificent coz we watched the musical fountain display every 30 mins from 6pm to 10pm, great Location, Staff are very very pleasant and helpful, children's pool temperature, Price, access to Burj Khalifa (tallest tower in the world) which is a stone's throw, access to Dubai mall (largest in the world), beautiful skyline at night, room facilities like washing machine, cooker and dishwasher made life simpler esp if family travel. Rooms not soundproof coz you can hear people talking in the corridor or kids crying in neigbhouring rooms; The bathroom ammenties which should be a must-have for any hotel are missing E.G. shower caps, bathrobe, slippers etc.

The location of the hotel , However I don't think this hotel deserve this location, I don't know how the local authorities agreed to give such hotel this excellent location. I'am a usuall traveller , I've tried as many hotel as someone could imagine , from Las Vegas to Bangkok , but this was the worse stay for me ever in a Hotel , First of all , I booked 3 bedrooms apartment , and I did get a tow bed room apartment with another separate single one bedroom apartment and they were not even connected Second of all I had to wait almost one hours in the lobby to get them both readyas there was some maintenance in one of the bedrooms Third of all the bedrooms were dirty , and the rugs has so many stains in them , the floors ere filled with dust as part of the maintenance Fourth , they didnt get get my car as I was checking out , although I called them to do so from my room , and I had to wait in the lobby

The view from the room was excellent as it overlooked the Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. The room/apartment was a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and lounge which slept 4 people. Each bedroom was ensuite and there was a separate toilet in the hallway of the apartment. There was also a balcony to the side of the lounge. The layout of the apartment was very good. Spinneys mini market shop was situated in close proximity to the hotel which was very handy indeed! Our room was not ready when we turned up one hour after the official check- in time. The room had an excellent kitchen but it was not stocked with appropriate crockery or kitchenware. We had to call room service to attempt to rectify this. We booked this hotel for it's advertised views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountains and the lounge in our room offered fantastic views of these. Unfortunately, the room's balcony was located on the side and not the front of the lounge with an obstructed view of the Burj and fountains. From the balcony, the main view was of extensive building work going on across from the front entrance to the hotel. This was both noisy and unsightly.

Better signage to the hotel would be helpful; we had to ask a taxi for directions. Room service was not very customer-friendly; they hung up on us twice! However other staff were excellent. Room was well-equipped but some missing items: 1 pair slippers (but 2 robes); 1 dessert spoon but 2 forks, knives, etc. More consistency would improve the overall experience

I liked most of the things during my stay. The best was the fountain view from the balcony. It was more relaxing. The pool was also good. All the staff were very courteous No complaints as such. One thing that is missing is the SPA.

The staff of hotel were excellent and halpful, they were strongly professional for dealing with guests, Location of hotel was great. I had a big and nice suite with beautiful view. The rooms so clean and housekeeping was good. There was some construction which make it difficult to reach to the hotel because sometimes they close the roads, at night it was little bit noisy but acceptable.

It was within walking distance to the Dubai Mall. I could view the fountain light show from the hotel room at night. It was nice to have a food market next door. The Jaipur Indian restaurant on the bottom level was excellent. Overpriced for what was offered. The room was dirty and not cleaned properly. No tourist literature in the hotel or in the room. Quality service from the front desk staff was lacking. The recreational/spa facilities at the hotel were of poor quality. It's more of a service apartment than a hotel. It's not good value for the money spent.

Location to Dubai Mall Room not cleaned unless you put sign on door, staff rushing into lifts infront of me... I'm a paying guest!! They are doing construction over the road and didn't sleep for 4 nights. Very very disappointed and would never recommend or visit again.

It was great weekend, I enjoyed staying at ramada and I am planning to go there again. Its near dubai mall, I was walking to the mall and enjoying the view of the fountain and burj khalifa. I advise families to go there as the hotel is comfort and suitable for family. Their service was good but not excellent as if we need any thing we should call them so many times to send the bill boy, iron, ....etc.

The location of the hotel is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and the Dist. is great "Boulevard Street" The cleanliness of rooms is not acceptable, also the housekeeping stuff has major problem and they are not doing their job at all. Moreover, the management of the hotel did take my complain seriously (unfortunately). Conclusion: I will never do it again

The location was ok. The apartment was neat and clean and had sufficient amenities. the supermarket next door helps families who want to stay here. It is a good choice for someone coming in for a longer than few days stay. The Front desk staff was very cooperative. the housekeeping staff was very slow in delivering. We had to wait 6 hours for an extra bed that was already booked in advance. the hotel is definitely not worth almost US$ 250 a night, considering that far better 5 star hotels are available in better locations for a little higher. We stayed as we need more space for our children. The facilities were not exclusive, the pool was shared by 2 other buildings of private apartments ! This is not a 5 star location, at best a 4 star.

Staff that could not deal with simple things efficiently.Dirty smelly room, when complained about we were told someone was coming to 'refresh' the room, we had a knock at the door and a can of cheap air freshener handed to us. Building work we were not advised about - when I say building work I mean what looks like a miniature city being built behind it, this woke us up with banging at crazy times like 2am , 4am etc. We were very very disappointed, we expected a good respected hotel and were met with the complete opposite.

Only Location First of all, the booking.com confirmed with Ramada Resevation to have two suits either close to each other or same floor Unfortunately my children below 11 years in 26 floor and my husband and I in 31 floor and they did not consider this as safety for childern. Second on 1/27/2012 all streets are closed due to Marathon from 7:00am -20:00 pm and they did not inform us regarding this event and the hotel should prepare for all travels a good enough private hotel car for our flight at 12:00 like other hotel puts a note for all visitors. In fact my friend informed me regarding the Marathon which means Ramada hotel does not have any good arrangements. I hope this will improve in future. Thank you,
