我订的双卧室套房面积巨大，设施齐全，正对着迪拜塔和喷泉，全天候观赏。 Very big room and fully equiped. The view is fantastic with Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Can watch the fountain show whole dayto night in the room. 我是摄影师对景观要求太高，结果阳台在侧面，基本拍不到迪拜塔。 喝了大堂端来的芒果汁最后结账居然是收费的，太坑爹了，既然收费事先说一声吧，否则你收100一杯我也只能- 依你了？？？ The juice in lobby when check in I think it should be free but charged me when check out. You should tell me in advance.

我订了2月17号入住，信用卡担保，我以为是进酒店才付款，可是酒店没有任何事先通知于2月13日晚上就扣- 了款。

距离DUBAIMALL、迪拜塔都非常的近，酒店周围环境也还不错，只不过迪拜正在大搞城市建设，到处都在- 盖楼，不过很奇怪，施工的噪音非常小。酒店房间的自助厨房非常方便，很好。如果不需要酒店的人工服务，靠自- 己解决入住其他的一些问题，那这个酒店是非常不错的选择。

The quality and size of the room. The room layout, excellent. Bed very comfortable. Great bathroom with shower! The buffet breakfast appeared to be a little unorganized, and very small for the amount of patrons. Some taxi drivers were recluctant to provide transportation to the Dubai Mall or Metro.

Good serice, Great location, Clean and tidy.Fresh linen.Close to Dubai Mall, Price good and excellant views from the rooms we booked. I would recommend this hotel. Stayed the 16-17 of April & 9-10 of May 2013 Craig from Australia No laundry powder,detergent, dishwasher liquid,cleaning sponges or tea towels supplied.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. Pool environment was beautiful Cramped restaurant (the Orchid)...not a big space for a hotel of this size...was busy and there were not enough Staff. Continually having to ask for towels when we visited the pool...always running out. Being upgraded (nice thought) to a room with fountain view but no Burj Khalifa view...we SPECIFICALLY booked the Junior Suite so we would have a view of both.

This hotel was fantastic when I stayed in 2010. Since then it has changed. I still think it is a good location but will not use it again. They did not have the room we reserved available but suddenly found one! It lacks the little luxuries it once had and they were short towels (worn out), glasses and no dishcloth. Windows were dirty so it was not much good paying for the view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain. they need to bring their standard up again.

Outstanding view to Burj Khalifa and fontains Excellent location if you'd like to spend time in downtown Windows were dirty I don't like the fact that only one device per room has free internet

Great views on to Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountain. Very comfortable apartment. Staff were highly customer service focused. Proximity to Dubai Mall. Infrequent shuttle runs to mall and other stops.

Staff extremely friendly, fruit basket very nice touch, apartments very spacious and well decorated! Iron broke leaking very dangerous! Windows in bedroom could not lock when opened. Cutlery limited

I am really excited. The room was clean and very big. The staff was helpful and the internet speed was alright (despite the fact that only one device could be connected to the internet).

The location is great facing burj khalifa and dubai fountain, 10 minutes walk to dubai mall. Delicious breakfast. You have to make sure to ask for a good view room. Room service is a bit slow.
