Executive Suite was spacious and excellant for a family with children. The swimming pool, spa and rest rooms were very good. Housekeeping could be improved. While the the guest is away from the room for a couple of hours, the air in the room tends to get stale and suffocating, since the air conditioning is activated only upon the insertion of the Room Key Card. Suitable Ventilation option may be looked into. |

The ambience and privacy that you will feel when you enter the hotel. The staff was all friendly and attentive, they make you feel very at home. Only the bath tub in the room because at first i thought it was dirty but when i took a closer look i found out that its only scratches and rust. Hope they could change the bath tub. |

Getting out of the place 1. Arrived in middle of building site and yes this was the hotel still under construction.2 Rate quoted total cost and then further 20% added at check in, really bad. 3. looking forward to tower view to be presented with unfinished tower block, are we in spanish resort or what. 4.Unfinished and yet open 8months 5. one not exactly enamouring restaurant and no where else close. 6. |

No hassles at all, everything works, rooms are fully loaded.....with large fridge, coffee / tea , iron, microwave, crockery etc.....ofcourse everything is new! No bar! |

staff were helpful.they upgrade our reservation from a room to one bedroom suite. the hotel suites are like a normal apartment and its no luxuries at all, but the staff told me that they are awaiting for the other two towers to be ready and they are more luxuries than the one ready tower |

Mycket bra service och mycket bra frukost samt rent och fint. De generatorer som förser hotellet med el väsnas och bullrar aldeles för mycket. Detta är ingen hållbar lösning. |
