The staff were friendly and helpful. we got extra towels/pillows when we requested them. Good basic hotel. good location for visiting the souks. very helpful with getting my visa sorted bathrooms need a bit of an update. Do not take the hotel prebooked taxi to the airport as it has a fixed fee of 100 AED got our own for about 22 AED. for a more wholesome experience do the big bus tour and not the hotels city tour |

Pool, cleanliness, good value for the money. Didn't like turnig in key everytime I left the hotel. Face towel shold be available. Tv didn't work but was swaped out. Need more dishes. No dryer available. Dish washing liquid should be available and washing powder. Towels were worn.... |

Location. As soon as reservation period was over, they raised the price by nearly 30% for each additional night, even though online price was still the same as before. I just made a new reservation online. Them trying to be clever just exposes their greed. The breakfast was really bad and I quit even bothering. Position de l'hôtel dans un quartier avec commerces et restaurants, peu éloigné de la gare des bus Insonorisation un peu insuffisante .Service chambre inégal notamment pour la salle de bains et l'obtention de serviettes . Pendant notre semaine: piscine fermée 3 jours.....Attention pour l'obtention d'un taxi le dimanche dans la rue |

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir konnten unsere Zimmer vor der offiziellen Check-In Zeit beziehen bekamen sogar ein upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Apartment. Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! |

La climatisation, les commodités de la chambre et l'acceuil de deux enfants sans frais supplémentaires. L'eau est excessivement chaude et ne permet pas de se laver facilement. c'est une véritable épreuve que de prendre son bain dans cet hôtel. Situation très indésirable pour les enfants. |

la disponibilità del personale, gentilezza e cortesia. La posizione. Un tempo l' area di Bur Dubai era molto interessante perchè centrale e vivace, ora con la rivoluzione urbanistica di Dubai e l' aumento esponenziale del traffico,sommati ai disagi dei cantieri, rendono più complicato l'uso dei servizi( taxi) per raggiungere il mare ed i nuovi "Mall" |
