Having a kitchenette, the roof-top pool. Impossible to take a shower without flooding water on the bathroom floor. Pillows were too hard. |

They gave me an option for payment by cash or credit card.. did not ask me to surrender my passport during my stay there.. Comfortable & clean room.. |

location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are very spacious cleanliness and staff service should improve. nobodywas there on housekeeping desk whenever we called |

its closer to dubai city and its to closer to good shopping malls and nice restaurants. need frequent check of some maintanence work,example the hot water line was not ok during my stay. |

The service was extremely poor as well as the rooms.Actually that hotel has become very old and the mgmt seems to be in no mood to understand/acknowledge that and hence all the facilities are very old there including the beds,kitchenette and the kitchen equipment. |

Location - which is most important aspect. Hotel is located in heart of city which is surrounded by different cusine restaurants, walkable for bus, metro, creek, etc. making your stay more flexible. Lack of supervisor at health club. Limited Food options (only pizza avaiable), some recreation is expected. |

The kitchen is well equipped, spacious room and bathroom, bed linen is clean big noise from the street, bathroom is in bad condition, ventilation is poor |

The good manners and service of the check-in officer. I think his name was Malik. That the curtains did move without tugging and therefore couldn't be opened wide. |

Only rate, Nothing else During 3 night stay, housekeeping of the room was poor - mattresses and pillow were not clean, no tidiness after giving the room key to reception |

The location of the hotel was really convenient for exploring Bur Dubai. It was also nice to have air conditioning. Internet was way too expensive. |

The only thing which was good is location The room stunk of damp it was so dirty. I booked one week had to checkout after 1 night it was really run down . Guys there are better hotels for the same rate on here .. Its a dump . |

Having cooking facilities and a washing machine in the room was extremely convenient and the price was excellent value for money, so it was possible to overlook the indifference of some of the front desk staff. In general however, the majority of employees were kind and accommodating. |

It's facilities are comparable to so-called five star hotels. And it's close to several shopping centres and eateries. The hotel needs to have more facilities at the gym and open it 24/7 |

The staff were friendly and helpful. we got extra towels/pillows when we requested them. Good basic hotel. good location for visiting the souks. very helpful with getting my visa sorted bathrooms need a bit of an update. Do not take the hotel prebooked taxi to the airport as it has a fixed fee of 100 AED got our own for about 22 AED. for a more wholesome experience do the big bus tour and not the hotels city tour |

Pool, cleanliness, good value for the money. Didn't like turnig in key everytime I left the hotel. Face towel shold be available. Tv didn't work but was swaped out. Need more dishes. No dryer available. Dish washing liquid should be available and washing powder. Towels were worn.... |
