Could not have visitors in room

was only there for one night, has a metro within metres

The guy at reception was rude, and unwelcoming. the room was dirty, bathroom didnt look clean, hair all over floor and sink had scum on it

Directly front of the Al Fahidi metro station.

Avoid this hotel, beds are infected by bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lobby smell sucksssss

Very good location - Al Fahidi metro station right in front of hotel, taxi drivers knows where hotel is, good connection from the airport, spacious rooms with everything you need, very nice room service, actually except one man at the reception staff is very nice. Breakfast are quite good, great pancakes. Hotel offers free baggage storage if you need to check-in/out earlier. Free internet, but only if you book via Booking.com

One man at reception, cannot remember name - F... something. He doesn't care about his job too much. Like someone forced him to be there. Beside that if I need to write something what I didn't liked: Smell in the lobby could be nicer as well. More vegetables for breakfast.

They did not give complimentary water also except one bottle on first day and rates are too much

No body smiling , The reception was very serious it seems to me thy don’t need anybody in the hotel and the don’t need to see anybody , I feel am not welcome . I will never think to come again

I was in room 406 and in night at 23 until 2.5 Am , I could not sleep because it was too noisy because of night club. At the first time I seid to reception: pleas I want a room far from night club,but unfortunatly he did not Attention me.in booking.com I read about noise but hi did not listen to me and did not give me a room in Floor 5 or 6 or 7.and for 1 night I did not discuss with him.

Visitors are not allowed, which is very much annoying in a hotel, where there is a night club and after 9 pm, hotel becomes noisy big band and a market place for flesh.

Centrally located with good staff team, comfortable bedroom and good meals. The Philippino barber at the men's saloon is the best I have met and has a unique hair cutting technique and recommend all male clients! His hands are magical and can create a new hair style for any types of hair!!

The nightlife on the ground and first floor is out of place for this hotel which has strict rules !!

Its a bettter place for short stay but little bit expensive.

Very accessible in transportation and different stores and restaurant is just a walking distance from hotel.

parking area. Its so scary.no lift from parking area, need to used stairs up to 1st floor to get lift.

Very filthy and very bad smelly room ; cockroaches are roaming around. Broken and dirty bathroom tiles with molds all over the place.broken shower wire. Clog sink. I complaint to the reception however I was told that they can not clean it again as I'm just checked in. If you an immunocompromised person you should avoid this place otherwise you will be sick more than like me.

Rooms are nice, breakfast good, entertainment too (a hot night club, for those who like- Ideal for single men)

Yo can sleep if your room is close to the night club. Too noisy! Guests shouldn't be charged to go into the hotel night club. Not recommendedfor families and kids

I like every thing about this hotel, best location, everything you need while in Dubai is there and it is up to you what is your type, I been to the Russian Pub once and don't like the cheapness but it is my thought, other might like that, similar comments are for Bollywood bar, nice breakfast in the value, chinese and indian restaurants are good, outside market area with all range is also a plus giving, over all very good place to stay, counter staff was very cooperative.

They took my ID for scanning and never returned it. I left the Hotel and they still have not called me up. Now I have to go and collect it. I had to pay entrance Fee for entering the Hotel nightclub! As a Hotel Guest, this is Very strange!

No easy access with luggage. Not enthustic staff. Not even a socket for coffee maker. No lobby to speak of.

Rude reception . Rude Night Club bouncers . No notice that the pool was not available for use . Noisy room because of nightclub . Horrible bar food I ever had , chips black from dirty oil . Odd smell in room.
