We are very satisfied with our stay at Rihab Rotana in general. Friendly staff, nice, clean and comfortable room. The location is an easy access to nearby shopping malls and Dubai Metro which gives you an option to explore other places. Though its not a major thing, i just wish that Moka cafe restaurant has a bit more space to accommodate guests, so they dont have to wait longer to be seated especially during breakfast. |

We had a very quick check-in and got our room right away. It was very clean and comfortable and it had almost all you need in an apartment.The size of the apartment was more than enough. - I did not like the breakfast. There were not enough varieties and the place is too small therefore crowded. One of the breakfast staff pissed us off as he treated a certain nationality very rudely while served others with a big smile on his face two days in a row |

Hotel location is close to Deria City Center which is great and its convenient to have Taxi just next streets 1) the room location (202), a bit noisy to hear car and airplane sounds, 2) the room aircondition machine which quite noisy when it operats. 3)insufficient adapter when i asked in the last night i stay, my mobile batteray was run out, how can i recharge it without a adaper??? 4) less changeable breakfast |

We were only staying at the hotel for one night and needed somewhere close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to have a meal at anytime in the downstairs cafe was very convenient and being able to check in early in the morning was great after an all night flight. The TV came on in the next room at about 2am and remained on until we left the hotel at 7.00 - there was no one staying in that room - so we had a very interrupted sleep. The TV was playing the hotel's message about what to do in case of fire etc we could hear it quite clearly. When I told the staff in the morning they were very apologetic and said I should have rung down in the night to let them know - so this was not really their fault. Apart from this the hotel was very good and suited our purpose. |

An adequate hotel with comfortable bed. Enough for the business traveler or the vacationer looking to be in the city. Small TV for the room size. Need a larger TV to be able to see it from the bed. |

It was a nicely presented hotel in a convenient location the room was spacious and modern and clean. Building work noise on new kitchen in hotel at 8.00 am was not well received. Mini-bar was lacking in alcohol. |
