1- They do have Aljazeera sport channels +3, +4 and +2. 2- Room very clean & new. But too cold! 1- Yes they do have Aljazeera sport channels. However, due to distortion on Aljazeera frequencies. +3 was not working properly. Made a complain to a Reception, but no help from it. Asked one of the staff in the left in my way out, and was solvd. 2- Room enveroment was too cold b'coz of central A/C system. Was not comfortable. It could be for western people! 3- B/fast ok & can be improved if keep changing the daily menu. 4- Too pricy.

Well I have to say the staff was excellent, the buffett breakfast was good but not excellent as the variety was not there. But otherwise very good. The staff at the hotel knew me by the 3rd day and would have a cappucino for me ready when I would come downstairs as they knew I loved it. The beds are very comfortable, and the room was always clean, I never had any issues with the room not being spotless when my wife and I would get back from a long day of exploring. I had to extend my stay for 2 days and I paid the lobby directly. Well they were trying to force me to pay a deposit, even though I paid what I owed the hotel on my last day when I checked out and checked back in for 2 more days. That really bothered me and due to that reason alone I will stay somewhere else when I go back ti Dubai. ALso I filled out the online survey I was sent and I was never contacted as to why they did this. WHat a shame , because this was really a nice place.

The best thing about this hotel is their staff. I found them extremely friendly and accommodating. Lot variety at breakfast and there is an option for one to sit outdoors. Some studio apartments seem more spacious than others and half the front windows open towards a parking lot which is nice but the rest have another building in front which restricts one's view. The Alrigga metro station is 750 meters away and takes a few minutes to reach on foot. Couple of very nice Arab restaurants nearby, I would recommend the one on the corner, near the metro station. A general store right opposite and across the road has most of your daily needs and supplies. For cheap souvenir/gift shopping there is a store called "the discount centre" at about two o'clock (North-East) from the front of the hotel. The food at the two Arab restaurants in front was a little difficult to digest for me. The room sound insulation needs a lot of attention as late night movements in other rooms can be quite disturbing. The kitchen in the studio apartment is very small and gets cluttered up because of lack of counter space. There is potential and better planning can sort things out. Frankly I couldn't use the kitchen much because of its tiny size. There is no washing machine in the kitchen and no toaster or microwave. So what does the kitchen have? Two burner stove and an electric kettle. The charge for the use of internet seems a little out of place as most of the hotels all over the world have free wi-fi usage. A rich place like Dubai should show more of its hospitality.

Comfort and convenience of rooms and hotel and good staff. Also very clean The restaurant should be a bit more isolated from the foyer/entrance- however I have mentioned this before. I'm aware this is a fairly small hotel on a small plot.

Very friendly, thrustworthy Only one remqrk: They asked themselves to schedule a wake-up call which I did, however, they did not call me in the morning. So, I was lucky not to have relied on it. For the rest no comments.

This was my second stay in Rimal Rotana , the hotel is fine , value of Money and front desk staff were more than wonderful , Thanks to Mr.Michel , and to Mr.Ahmed , they were very welcoming , helpful and friendly !. only one thing about the hotel which I wish they take care of , when you arrive or check out you don't feel that there is a prompt response from the bellman , last time I arrived , the car stopped right in front of the gate where the bellman was watching !, and he didn't move until I am out of the car , car driver picked up my luggage then I carried them until I stepped inside the hotel , at this moment he heavily started to move and act helpful , same thing happened upon my first stay !. But after all , it is a nice place to stay in , and worth what you pay !!

Very cozy hotel. Small but well equipped kitchen facilities Close to the super market and restaurant Good breakfast Staff - very polite and helpful. I would like to appreciate the security provided in this hotel. They are extremely careful about their guest privacy and comfort. Taxis are very hard to find in this place. Rest this is the best hotel to stay

Location, reception staff. Housekeeping lady was not that good. We asked her to put more soap and shampoo before we leave the room. When we came back she just replace the sheets of the bed and organize every thing to its place. No more soap as we asked even she did not vacuum the carpet and did not check the tissue it was empty. Also we did not like the breakfast it was the same every day and served in a small area near the reception desk. Moreover, the sound prove in the room was bad and cheap. You could hear the noise outside easily and might wake up because of airplanes or noisy cars.
