Excellent hotel, great location. Staff were excellent, very helpful and keen to offer assistance. Couldn't fault it and would happily stay here again when in Dubai. |

Pleasant helpful reception staff. Even came outside after we checked out to check with the taxi driver what he would charge us. Great breakfast (try the waffles and veal bacon). |

Architecture, cleanliness, breakfast, bathroom, service, atmosphere 1. Some noise during the night (traffic and people in the corridor) 2.When I made the booking, the price of the room was 385 dinars, but the final price when paying was 459 dinars !(some taxes apparently, but should be mentioned already in the first booking) |

The hotel is quiet, not noisy and no disturbances. Staff are very nice. Relaxing atmosphere and interiors. Spacious and well designed rooms. Buffet breakfast can be improved a little. The neighbourhood is not that pleasant. |

Its comfort, quite, clean, good for fast trips When I book it at booking.com, there was a promo for free internet in room. But they refuse to give it to me. Moreover, the internet service is too poor. I exceeded my stay one day and they chares me 25 % more than the pries I took through booking.com |

Very friendly, caring and efficient staff. Good quality and variety in the breakfast buffet. Superb cleanliness all over in this hotel. Spacious, well designed, modern rooms. Good value for money. |

The hotel staff were excellent - very friendly, efficient and helpful. The underground parking is a plus, the rooms are large and well furnished. Room service was fast and portions generous. The TV's really should be upgraded to an adequately sized LCD screen considering the price of the rooms. |

Excellent staff..courteous and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Plesant clean room . good facilities While very centrally and convenientally located, the hotel , like most others,nearby, is surrounded by only tall concrete buildings (some ready for demolition) . |
