Location is its greatest advantage. The internet connection is by cable and the speed was surprisingly very good....maybe the occupancy rate was low due to the prevailing economic gloom in Dubai. Staff are helpful.

Trying to drive to the hotel in the middle of the night after a late flight arrival, can be a real challenge. For the uniniated, getting there is like driving in a labyrinth and the staff was equally clueless...could only say it's behind the BurJuman shopping mall, expecting all foreigners to have an instant knowledge of the BurJuman location! Car park access is incredibly narrow and suitable only for small cars. I drove a Honda Accord and it was a daily challenge getting in and out of the car park. Nevertheless a good hotel overall.

Very clean room and bathroom, I booked for studio but 1-Bedroom was available and they upgrade me for free, Nice pool and gym, well equipped room, they welcome you with glass of juice and fruits in your room, very clean kitchen. Free Cable Internet. quiet. Just behind Burjeman shopping center and Metro station.newspaper on your door every morning. definitely will choose this hotel for my next trip

Free Internet was offered by Cable, No WIFI !. It has only a coffee-shop not a 24 hours restaurant to take care of your hunger.

We are regularly staying in this hotel bur sorry to say this time we did not get good corporation from the staff.

Rooms are not attractive. It will be better if more nice arrangements.

The hotel is spacious and very well equipped in the kitchen with stove, electric kettle, oven and microwave. Great value if you want to cook yourselves and it is clsoe to a small grocery market. If you do not want to bother with cooking, it is very close to a businees district with many restaurants. Nothing fancy, but the hotel is of great value. However, the staff is not quite fluent in English nor local culture. For example, the counter staff could not really tell how to get to the place I wanted to go even with maps.

Cleaning staff needs a bit of quality control. During my stay, the room was cleaned daily well. But I will be missing a towel one day, a shampoo kit the other day. One day, I found the cleaning mop left in the bathroom, etc.

The room were the clean enough.

The hotel stuffs had good hosipitality but their "Indian English" was difficult to understand. It was prohibited to invite friends or customers to the room, which was very inconvenient.

Friendly , clean and good value for money

The appartment was very spacious and well air conditioned and the staff were extremely helpful.

We have been chasing our booking fee of 203 aed. Booking.com took a percentage when we booked of 206aed. The hotel made as pay the whole amount and told us that we would be reimbursed 10 days later from booking.com. Most hotels just get you to pay the balance. It is now Oct 13th and we still have not recieved the money. Booking.com releases the money to the hotel and they are supposed to reimburse but apparently they were probably hoping that we would forget about it. Have had to ring them twice now. Hopefully we will get it back. I certainly don't trust them.

The spaciouness and elegance of the hotel is apealing. Friendly and courteous staff

The location, close to the most lively parts of Dubai, next to the huge Burjuman shopping mall, and in a very quiet block right inside the busy parts. Moreover it is in the middle of an area with supermarkets etc and you can prepare your meal in the kitchenette of the room. But there are so many cheap restaurants around as well. And the washing machine was an asset, and the huge fridge. All Siemens quality.

Sometimes you had to tell the staff twice that a lamp was not working for instance. But let us say that was also part of the relaxed atmosphere as a whole in the hotel.

The Location Great! Central to many things needed for both buisness and pleasure. A Great value and very spacious.

Small sign, hard to find for a first timer, best if you first take a cab from the airport.
