The Rose Garden offers no-frills, reasonably priced accommodation in this city of excess. It’s an easy walk to the canal area and the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus terminal, and very close to restaurants and supermarkets. For travellers on a budget, we found the accommodation very satisfactory, the courteous staff so willing to please. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with very spacious living area and a kitchen with microwave and oven and large refrigerator and dishwasher. Generous supply of toiletries, towels and crisp clean sheets were much appreciated. A bowl of fresh fruit and a big bottle of water was a welcoming gesture. Our room was surprisingly quiet at night despite its location near the popular Burjuman Shopping Mall. The friendliness of the staff and the wonderful sense of space certainly compensate for any shortcomings. A bouquet of roses to the staff and management!

We did find the room smelt of cigarette smoke though due to the very old filters in the air conditioner, and more attention could be focused on maintenance: walls could use a coat of paint, the shower curtain smelt mouldy, and the floor rugs could do with a thorough vacuum.

The apartment was fantastic - a great alternative to staying in a hotel room. Everything was clean and also very quiet. The metro was a 10 minute walk away and the nearest shopping mall the same. I would certainly stay again.

Staffs was very friendly. Room Service was very good; even at 22:00 I wanted to change sheets and they did it.

This apartment hotel is well run by efficient friendly staff. Very well located it is a stones throw from Burjuman mall, local restaurants shops and supermarkets. The rooms in the hotel are clean, well appointed and spacious. Withim easy reach are visitor attractions, airports and other landmark visitor attractions.

I would like more English language TV channels.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel/appartment. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Wonderful value for money. 300M from the Metro.

Great spacious rooms, we had the one bedroom it was huge. Room service excellent great location, walking distance to food supermarket, just notify the front desk you need a taxi because you have to go to the main road to get one. The taxi drivers don`t all know about this place. I liked it a lot and I`m picky about hotels.

Excellent staff.Quick check in. Good free internet. Handy to Burjuman mall. Dark quiet bedroom. Free upgrade from studio to 1br apartment.

i wanted to stay at rose garden albarsha but by mistak I booked at rose garden bur dubai and I asked them for help but they said that they didn't have the same room and I have to pay more . I refused and stayed for one night only and change to golf oasis hotel

The location is very good. just 5 minutes walk to the Burjoman metro station and very close to a nearby grocery store. The apartment facilities were good and clean. the most important part was the free WiFi service in the room. the staff were polite and willing to help.

The room I was in, was not sound proof. every morning at 4 am I could hear some of my neighbours talking in the walk ways!

I specifically asked for a quiet room away from elevators. - I was given the room right next to the elevators Very dull/poor lighting inside. Kitchen poorly equipped

awesome..full of good things here for your money..shopping right across the street,food store 3 minutes walk and very larger seperated rooms for a whole family..kitchen was full of nice utinsils to cook with..wash your own clothes if you want , theres a washing machine and dryer ,ironing board and iron ,hair dryer 2 balconys..this place was massive. and i enjoyed every minute of the living room big tv and english channels as well.
