The staff was great. Always had all the information that i needed. There was newspapers, They reduced the price of the breakfast bar. There is always a taxi at the front door.It only cost 33 aed to take me to the dubai mall. The rooms was great. big,clean, room service cleaned every day. At check out time it was fast. Overall this was the right place for me to stay. I saved money. You must try this hotel, I will use this one all the times i go to dubai. One last thing, The pool on the roof was very nice. Great view. Great picture view. And its only a 5 minute walk to the mall. Very nice walk. if you do not like being on camera. Being from america, Am use to it.It does make you feel safe. |

the room and its price i cant bring alcohol and female guests with me to the room. im going vacation to dubai and most entertaining things are forbidden in this hotel. so i dont think i will come back again. |

The 2 rooms apartment is very spacious ,very suitable for families with children .fully equiped and nicely decorated.the swimming pool was nice and clean ,and the hotel was close to mall of emirates.We really like it!!! we waited a long time for the check -in . |

Hello, first of all the hotel is excellent i enjoyed my stay mall of the emirates is 8 minutes walk and 3 minutes drive very good location every time I will visit I will stay there now this is my second home. The best thing was comfort and its neat and clean with home facilities |

Mainly shopping and tripping around the city... the location is perfect, near Mall of the Emirates Almost all of the Studio rooms are "Internal" with no access to street view, except very few rooms, depends on availability |

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. very spacious & clean. the area was quiet & very near to Emirates mall. The apartment was fully equipment. i would highly recommend this hotel for families. The A/C in the living room would not switch off. we complained and 2 days later when we left the apartment, & despite the staffs cooperation, the problem was not resolved. |

The day we left the hotel staff were helpful with giving us information about getting to the bus station and they looked after our suitcase for the day whilst we went out which was really nice of them. Just the time it took to check in really. And the cost was a bit higher than the last time I stayed there but I think that was because it was Eid? |

Value for money, very spasious and close to Mall. Free internet was good. Only coffee in kitchen for first day, can at least give for every day. Not enough or any proper kitchen ware like wine glasses, we were in Dubai you no. We needed nanny for two nights and hotel had none or couldn't recomend any. |

The Apartments are spaciuos and comfortable. Location not the best but then also within walking distance to the Emirates Mall and the Skytrain As it is am Apartment with a reasonable kitchen it not really equiped to do any real cooking as there are not even any dish cloths or dishtowels or even any opener of sorts. |

Value for money. Spacious rooms and apartments. All the mod cons in the kitchen incl washing machine. Some building works around the hotel made it difficult to walk. The non alcohol rule in the provacy of your own room. |

I especially liked the location of the hotel; everything I needed was either on the walking distance (the exellent Emirates Mall really near, the Marina Mall further away but still on walking distance, and the public beach - barely on walking distance but I made it) or reachable by Metro, which I could get into at Emirates Mall. All this was important for a person travelling with a small budjet. The fee for the stay was really a good deal thinking of the location of the hotel. I was given a room 'inside the hotel' with window to 'a whole' inside the hotel with the view of the opposite wall, down was a carpark, and by twisting my neck I could see a little sunshine on the topfloors of the building. I would have appreciated a little more daylight into my room. Now I had to get out all the day for not to get depressed because of the lack of the light. |

Large, Airy apartment. Good value for money. Comparable to may others in the area. Very noisy at night. Close to Sheik Zayed Road and lots of road noise from there. Also the road it sits on seems to have become a local "rat run" to avoid the Barsha Toll gate - hence lots of traffic at all hours. Local boy racers use the area at 11 pm to play tunes on their car horns. Kitchen equiped with a cooker but it is not connected up because of local licencing laws. Quite a long walk to Mall of Emirates. |

Hotel is located close to Mallof Emirates (450m walking) and when the new metro station will be opened soon only 100m to walk. Building and interieur is new and high standard. Rooms very nice, with a rooftop swimming pool with the Burj al Arab on the horizon. Construction work around for at least half a year, but this seems to be normal in Dubai. |
