the kitchen was complete with microwave, a big fridge and a washing machine. The apartment was clean and whenever the 'clean up my room' sign was put on the door, it was promptly clean. The hotel provided a storage room for our luggages (the flight was at night and we checked out at noon). It provided free internet access. it is within walking distance to the mall of emirates but the roads are rather unsafe for pedestrians. Some taxi drivers were unsure of hotel location. |

Location, value for money, Wi-fi internet. Once station 33 opens on the Metro it will be even easier to get to the hotel As in previous visit we had to request that the room was serviced and this did not happen until mid afternoon |

We had no trouble checking in quickly even though we arrived early, the staff was polite and helpful. The only complant we had was the lack of wine glasses, washclothes, a corkscrew, and robes for each member of our group. |

Very clean hotel, spaceous rooms, excellent value for money. Comes with a small kitchen, roof top pool. We would come again. Check out takes long as they have to count the inventory of the kitchen. |

Nice location..and new building...close for visiting new dubai sites....taxi easily available...restaurants and grocery nearby... the fact that photo identification is required for all the family members should be conveyed after booking...it was a hassle...the service tended to be inconsistent...but manageable... |

One socket in Kitchen,Bathroom old and rusty outdated,Beds so hard,and pillows like rocks,TV bad signal and sound awful. One socket in bedroom, none near to the mirror,overlooking airconditioners very noisy.6.30am staff crashing and banging, and talking loud outside even when we complained.The address states...Mall of the Emirates it is not you have to get a cab there, very misleading. |

The staff were friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Taxis don't know the hotel name and finding it is a bit of hassle. The room had only one electrical outlet available to use under the desk so it was not easy access and also the shower door was faulty so there was a pool of water every time I took a shower, even though I reported it at once but they were not able to fix it. You could not take any visitors to your room so forget about trying to see colleagues or friends in your room at any time! I changed my hotel because of that which I find highly unusual and bothersome. Forget about having breakfast in the hotel as it is not worth a penny. |

I liked the hotel being close to the Mall of the Emirates and being close to Sheikh Zyed's street. Two issues maybe personal in nature, however, we were able to overcome them. The first is that the room does not have an electric outlet by the bed side. I needed such outlet for my CPAP breathing equipment. I had to place my head on the foot side and get an extension cord. Also, my wife thought that the beds were too stiff for her liking. |
