Good location (near Emirate Mall and easy access to Sheikh Zaid road), rooms are very clean and the kitchen equipped with all necessary equipments, private parking in the basement, staff not responding easily to your requests/inquiry, not satisfy with room service respond, not clear in the web booking for taxes |

very poor service, staff do not have any knowledge of Customer service washing machine was broken, continental breakfast was cornflakes and canned beans with re heated frankfurts the hotel had lovelly clean rooms , a shame it was all downhill from there not recommended for tourists |

I am so thankful for their flexible and friendly service. My flight was delayed for 12 hours due to technical problems and i just booked for one night from beginning. However, after communicating with them, they not only kept the room for me but also trying to change the check-in date so as to avoid extra charge. My room was nice, i like it very much. currency exchanging rate is very low. Better go to bank. |

It was excellent value for money - the room was 39 sq metres with a lovely little kitchenette, so we saved a fortune with the rates and even cooked our own dinner in our room too. The room was very clean and the facilities were great for what we paid. Unfortunately, the water pressure was terrible and it was impossible for me to wash my hair and even washing ourselves was hard. The pillows were like rocks which meant we didn't sleep well at all. |

For the price, the aprtment was excellent for a family like mine ( a wife and 2 young kids). the proximity to the mall of the emirates and the Gym were also strong plus points for me. I did not like the TV channels. also the TV connection to our apartment was faulty which led poor viewing experience. |
