Very close to the subway station, which I was able to reach most of the turist place and airport. Air and Wifi in the room worked well. The room has kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and silverwares. Many restaurants nearby.

Not many tv channels.

Luggage taken by staff, small free drink offered when arriving. Spacious studio's/apartment! Perfect for budget lodging! Grocery store in opposite and few eateries just outside! 100m from metro station Sharaf DG but it's cheaper by taxi

Airco of some studio's didn't work. Just 1 wifi-code per room.

We had a great stay at the Rose Garden, best cappuccino in their coffee shop

Support of staff , tools out of order , very late houskeeping , no refill of tea and coffe which is very strange

Spacious apartment, well located, kind staff, near the beach if you have a car, easy to ride, no traffic jam, good deal to visit Dubai by metro, appart with 2 bedrooms ok for 2 families, so very cheap

Nice and clean. Close to metro and local shops/restuarants. 5 min walk to mall of emirates. Staff was friendly and got our studio ready 2 hours before official check in time as our flight was arriving into Dubai in the morning. Would recommend to anyone on budget looking for a decent stay. Nothing lavish but I'd rather spend extra monies on dining out than paying to sleep in a luxurious bed elsewhere.

Didn't get the balcony room I requested but then we were there earlier than official check in time so got first room available

Location was its only plus. Near the moe.

Poor customer service..was only given one pass card..then they forgot to return my id cards to my room. Internet mostly was intermittent and slow. Sofa was old and dirty. Water leaked in the kitchen from the ceiling... Was reported but no maintenance ever arrived.Small cockroaches in the kitchen. Was over priced. Will never be a repeat customer. Not recommended.

Reception staff were very helpful. We arrived at 6am and they minded our bags and arranged early check in at 10am. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was great for our 4 person family. The king size bed was comfortable and clean. It was close to the Mall of the Emirates which also has a huge supermarket (Carrefours) and the metro station was very close, which is easy to use, modern and clean. There was a safe in the room which we used. The pool on the rooftop was fine, not huge but good. The Health club had a great sauna as well.

The wi-fi was a bit hit and miss. The kitchen was big but didn't have enough crockery etc. The furniture all looks good but is a little dilapidated but not too bad.

Generally the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Location near the malls and taxis were great. Rooms were very clean.

Being harrassed by phone by staff before our required check out time as to the time we were leaving while I was trying to relax...it was inappropriate Not giving me back my approval code signed credit card slip after I had paid the bill...I was not comfortable with this.

Location very close to metro (walking distance), surrounded by restaurants & supermarkets, and staff was very friendly & helpful.

Wifi not accessible in the whole apartment. A preauthorization of one night was taken 24 hours before our arrival. After receiving the invoice (by mail), we discovered that they had put our nationality as Jordanian instead of Lebanese.

Location is good with a fair price. Large sitting area, kitchens... simply feels like home

T.V channel is very limited! no cartoon chennel and no good movie channels!

Close to Emirates Mall; good/reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance.

The first room they allocated for us had a very bad smell of old dirty socks; however, we were quickly moved to another room that did not have this problem.

Spacious and very clean rooms, with free internet. Staff friendly and always ready to help. Near sharaf DG metro station, quiet and nice location with many nice resturants nearby. Very family friendly and safe. The healthcare center is small but very clean and provides all what you may need during a vacation.

There is nothing we liked about the hotel.

The staff are unfriendly and no good customer service. No welcoming to make you feel welcome, when you in and out. They hardly respond to your greetings. The bathroom in the reception area is like a deserted area , can't even put a toilet roll in it. Everthing about the apartment was appauling and my children dislike it so much , which is the first time ever since we go on holiday . It is also disappointing being the first time I tried to book on your website.

Location and only location.

They give you only one key for 4 people claiming their key copying is not working. Bathtubs and showers are very very dirty and stained. Sofa are dirty and couldn't be cleaned even after complaining, they had to cover it with bed sheets. Very unprofessional housekeeping and very stingy with normal room supplies.
