I have stayed at the Royal Ascot Hotel several times on stop over to my work. I keep staying here as the rate and service are great. The rooms are very comfortable. |

On arrival (01.15 at night) we were told there were no rooms available in the hotel and we were transferred to an appartment nearby. |

Hotel staff very helpful. When we arrived, we had been booked into a 'smoking' room in error. The change to a 'non smoking' room took approximately 1 hr to rectify, but we were given an upgrade which we appreciated. A little bit of confusion when booking tours e.g. desert tour through hotel. |

The large room size and the variety of leisure and dining options available. Also close proximity to the creek. Value for money. |

I requested a room facing the backside of the hotel, I was given a room which I didn’t like then had no problem to change for another room. |

The premium room that my boyfriend and i got was spacious and cosy. It is also very clean and furniture are well-maintained. We both like the swimming pool and the spa facilities at the roof. Good choices of restaurant in this hotel and Ascot hotel next door. The shower was not functioning well, it went hot and cold on and off. The water closet also didn't flush properly. |

The hotel was excellent, very friendly staff, good services, clean rooms, nice bars, nice roof top pool and open lounge. Choose city taxy over hotel taxy, they are cheaper. The hotel is close to the airport but far from Burj Al Arab and the Mall of Emirates. Situated in Bur Dubai, the old part of the city, which for some might not be the best place. If you plan a trip to Dubai for the beach, you might want to choose a beach hotel situated in Jumeirah. They are more expensive though.. |

We spent 4 days 3 night as a stop over break in Dubai. We chose to stay at Royal Ascot Hotel because of the excellent rate that was offered for a 5* hotel. The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to town, to the river and local facilities - shopping malls, supermarkets (Carrefour). The pool, the gym, the roof terrace, treatments were all to a high standard. |

The overall hygeine and clean room. I did not like the view from the room (esp. since I had requested for an executive room). I also found that some of the serving staff in the restraunts were not courteous. |

We loved the location. We could walk to so many areas. The creek, old sooke, etc. Everything was pretty good. Our flight didn't leave till 2:30 am so we had a late checkout until 4:00pm which was great. We asked about possibly using the pool showers and steam later that evening as our shuttle wasn't picking us up until 11:pm but were told sure if we payed another night. |

The hotel has superb facilities, very friendly and helpful staff and is in a good location for the creek, Dubai Museum, local shops, etc. and easy access to other attractions and airport. |
