Clean room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Nice pool area, gym and sauna are also included. The hotel is located very convenient to metro stations Khalid Bin Al Waleed and Al Fahidi so all spots can be reached shortly. Complimentary shuttle to and from the beach. The Night club Elegante is located right next to the hotel.

Location close to The Creek and old Dubai. I booked two double Superior Deluxe rooms on a b&b basis for 4 family members. Although we advised via yourselves our early arrival and V.early departure 01:00am - the hotel insisted on charging us for breakfast on arrival even though we had no breakfast on departure. Petty and inflexible! Only two lifts- one not working. It was Ramadan so the Irish Bar and roof bar/cafe were closed - ok but would like to have known before booking.

Only dinner in the arabic resturant there. Poor room cleaness, poor bath amenities and smoking odour in non smoking floor and overall bad smell of hotel with odour of smoking and alcohol allover the hotel.

There were good selection of different kind of restaurant and food. Food was very good. The hotel is apartment hotel? But there were no plates, cups, anything to make food in the room even that would be possible because a small kitchen.

The members of staff are down to earth. They surprised us with quick services and are very helpful. They are very friendly, cooperative and gave us an impression of being highly trained. Specifically the reception staff and bell captains made us feel at home. We found rooms up to 7th floor of the same side of the clubs/discos are noisy. For light sleepers and those who do not like high volume of music, they have to be very careful in selecting rooms. However, the reception staff were very cooperative in changing rooms for us until we were happy and were placed in a quiet corner. Value for money: Rates are fine during off-peak but high when there are events in town.

Nice big clean rooms. Good hotel if you are doing Dubai on a budget. Friendly, helpful staff. It is noisy at night as it is located next to a very large and busy night club, I would not recommend it to families with children. Request a higher floor to get away from the noise. Breakfast is not great but there are plenty of places in Dubai to get good food. Location is not very pretty, booking.com state it is located by the mall of the emirates which is certainly not true. It is no where near. The pool side bar that is mentioned in the description is non existent. There is only a roof top bar near the pool that only opens at night. In the description the city views are mentioned - these are not nice views due to the location in Old Dubai which is not the most picturesque of places.

The hotel staff were weklcooming and helpful. Although we arrived very early after a very long flight from Australia, a room was quickly found for us thanks to the excellent work of the housekeeping staff. Sight seeing was made easy and comfortable by the friendly , helpful and safe drivers and the clean cars.
