Royal Ascot Hotel  

Staying at the Royal Ascot Hotel was a beautiful experience for me.The responsiveness of hotel staff and their willingness to assist with any questions was excellent.The free breakfast, with more than enough options to choose from was also great.It was fascinating to have my room's phone ring at 4 AM to be reminded that I had informed them of checking out at that time to catch an early flight.I strongly recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Dubai.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom floor got flooded at times.

Hotel was a long way from everything. Room and facilities shown on the internet were not comparable to the real thing. Wew were moved to a superior room after complaining.

i go there once a month and i must say its always a pleasure .the staff are friendly and my rooms are always up to standard...its near all the central locations and i have never experienced any problems..

k i had a problem with my water pipe in bathroom one morning i phoned down to the complimentary breakfast area to tell them i wud be late coz maintenance was busy and it was said i have to pay for my breakfast but i feel it wasnt my fault for being late

Royal ascot hotel was noisy due to the many night and dance clubs. Even though the room was 4 floors away, the mattress was like the worst I have ever slept in and the break fast was very limited! The only plus and reason for staying there was the location as I had business there. Never staying there again!!

Very good hospitslity

Clean room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Nice pool area, gym and sauna are also included. The hotel is located very convenient to metro stations Khalid Bin Al Waleed and Al Fahidi so all spots can be reached shortly. Complimentary shuttle to and from the beach. The Night club Elegante is located right next to the hotel.

It is quite fair value received .

I had problem with internet connection, probably quality/strenght of wi- fi signal was not enough. It was working from time to time only.

Nice big clean rooms. Good hotel if you are doing Dubai on a budget. Friendly, helpful staff.

It is noisy at night as it is located next to a very large and busy night club, I would not recommend it to families with children. Request a higher floor to get away from the noise. Breakfast is not great but there are plenty of places in Dubai to get good food. Location is not very pretty, booking.com state it is located by the mall of the emirates which is certainly not true. It is no where near. The pool side bar that is mentioned in the description is non existent. There is only a roof top bar near the pool that only opens at night. In the description the city views are mentioned - these are not nice views due to the location in Old Dubai which is not the most picturesque of places.

Rooms are good big and comfortable. Thai restaurant was best to me. Good food

I booked two double Superior Deluxe rooms on a b&b basis for 4 family members. Although we advised via yourselves our early arrival and V.early departure 01:00am - the hotel insisted on charging us for breakfast on arrival even though we had no breakfast on departure. Petty and inflexible! Only two lifts- one not working. It was Ramadan so the Irish Bar and roof bar/cafe were closed - ok but would like to have known before booking.

Internet was not included in the price, they charge dhs 60 per day to use the internet
