Two bed apartment is a good size, furnishings are five star, balcony with view and seated area is lovely, well worth the experience of being on the palm and more like a home than a hotel shame we had to cross the road to use the pool and beach facilities |

Big apartment. The beach and pool is great. Reception is 24 h open. The housekeeping was very bad. There were dead cockroache in the bathroom and the housekeeping left it for over three days. So they don’t clean much. We get only one towel for two people or sometimes we have no towels in the room. They said you get every day free breakfast stuff like cereal, sugar, tea, coffee, water and milk, we didn’t get them every day in our room. We had to leave a note for the houskeeping to get those things. The top neighbor were very noisy every night/midnight. In the midnight they are going to vacuuming. They move things in the middle of the night. And they are smacking with something. This happened every midnight. I think they’re doing this on purpose. There was no wireless internet in the room as they listed. |

The room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a dinner for friends. Because we were dissatisfied by the value for money we got, we tried to make the most of it by throwing a party. 15 people were there and never felt the room was overcrowded. Polite and helpful people at the reception. The private pool and beach were excellent places for relaxation away from any kind of noise and disturbance. This is definitely not a five star accommodation place. I booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast was two small packs of cornflakes and a litre of long lasting milk. The furniture and the design of the room was not at 5* levels. The pool area looked somehow abandoned. No extra towels were provided (we had to bring our own from the room), the sun bed looked very old and the pool bar was closed all the time. We had to carry our own water bottles and leave them under the sun! This is a place for luxurious long term renting, but not for short term vacations. With the same amount of money you get a room in a 5* hotel in the city with excellent service. I had done this a week earlier and it was nothing comparable to Royal Club. |

no room service, no house keeping, no waiters and concerge,reception in bulding and the apartments in other buldings u have to go by your car, the bulding which i stayed dont have beach and swimming pool!! i think its not 5 star hotel |

nothing in particilur.. only the palm itself is nice the view is bad, you have to cross the street through other buildings to go to the beach. swimming pool is closed most of the time for maintenance, no reception or info desk to answer you. |

I think the location of the Royal club is very goo, it is very quite, not crowded and easy to reach. Also the beach is near. There are playground for children and swimming pool. nothing worth mentioning |

The location, close to the beach and swimming pool. The reception and place to check in is very hard to find. All the Taxi-drivers did not know where it is, its an appartmentbuilding and no signs anywhere that there is a hotel/app. It's less a hotel than I thought.I would recommend is to others as a appartment to rent. |

the view the sewer smell in the bathrooms was too bad . I hope you can find a solution for this problem. Also the apartment wasn't so clean especially the bathrooms , and I didn't like the smell of the beds. |

Large clean apartment on The Palm with partial seaviews, not too far to walk to get to swimming pools or beach across the road which had faily good view of Burj al Arab. A few more sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach would have been nice. Taxis did a good job of getting us around to do shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay. |

Large and well maintained apartment. Very good house-keeping team who kept the apartment spotless. Nice bed linen and towels again to a good standard. Extremely comfortable, great for our baby and visiting guests. Pool area was excellent with good amenities. Our apartment looked onto a building site which was NOT mentioned in any of the booking details. It made the balcony very dusty. The price for a cot was excessive!!! |
